Fantastic owners an staff hands down the best Chinese in rosyth but also Dunfermline an surrounding areas as a person that lives food an has visited loads of different types of restraunts this is one of my favourites

The food was not good at all .we orderd duck in plum sauce .The sauce was far too salty and the duck was mainly fat .I had chicken fried rice ,very dry and it was a case of spot the chicken .my partner rang on the monday to say how we felt .The gentleman who answered was very helpful and thanked us for not putting up a bad review .He offered a free meal ,which was kind .However when we phoned to order ,the woman who owns this takeaway was very abusive and told my partner he was lying and that on no circumstances was he offered a free meal .So dont waste your money not only has the food got terrible since we moved up here nearly two years ago (due to using a different supplier) but the woman who owns it is very rude to customers, as well as her staff (who all look under age ) DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY .

Takeaway on holiday with family it was great, very tasty, good size portions and freshly made. Delivery was on time, excellent value for money. Will be returning before end of holiday and would recommend a visit.

What a gem of a place! We come to this area on holiday regularly and always look forward to a take away from here. The food is excellent and probably the best Chinese take away we’ve had. The lady who runs it is delightful and the girls behind the counter are great. Can’t wait to return.

We waited over half an hour for our food. If we had known this we would have gone elsewhere. When the food arrived it was not great. The staff were friendly but we wouldn’t eat here again

Amplia selección de platos principalmente de Sichuan y algunos cantoneses. Los platos de Sichuan utilizan generosas cantidades de chile y pimienta de Sichuan. Enormes porciones para compartir. Ambiente ocupado. Muy auténtico. Bill vino a 20 por cabeza con té solo como bebida.

Wonderful food, quick delivery and friendly staff - I loved it! Ordered the chicken satay starter, chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce. Portions were so big that it easily fed 3 adults! I’ll definitely be using the Shanghai going forward!

I ordered a special chow mein as I don't like spicy food I was sent a chow mein dish that was spicy I called to tell them the girl on the counter was so nice she told me that she was sorry and that I could keep the meal and she would give me credit for the cost of my order so I got a free meal the next time I ordered and when I received that order the delivery guy wouldn't take the delivery fee best Chinese food in Airdrie thanks sun do .

Please ask for large curry sauce ( probably cost more ) as they give u a very small.pot like macdonalds for your meal sadly gone down hill in last while

Conseguir la bolas! ! ! ! ! El menú tenía una gran elección, así que no te faltarán si no quieres bolas. Excelente calidad y buenos precios. Hay algunos platos en la madrugada craqueo parte ambos lados de la carta, de modo que no regla. Ensalada picante de tofu es mi favorita, sonidos, pero es alentadora para morirse!

¡Evite costillas de repuesto! 3 eran todos gordos n los otros tres carecían seriamente de carne El curry de ternera estaba bien, chico entregado a mi puerta trasera, en oposición a la puerta delantera n lo dañó entrando n suerte de que estaba en la cocina en ese momento, ya que tenemos un pastor alemán que no habría estado contento con él si hubiera estado suelto, nuestra puerta tiene un cerrojo con un candado desbloqueado en él que debe haber quitado para entrar Les llamé para hacerles saber n perdí mi tiempo, ya que solo conseguí excusas ¡No voy a volver!

Sadly the food has gone downhill. Used to be an excellent Chinese take away but lately the quality has been lacking. Tonight was the worst though. Ordered 2 x chicken fried rice, chips, mushroom and onion fried rice, barbecue ribs and a portion of curry sauce. The order came with curry sauce all over the chips which thankfully they did correct and give us them separate albeit with a look of disgust as if we were in the wrong. The mushroom and onion fried rice though ended up inedible due to the onions being covered in a curry dressing which the person who this was for is allergic to one of the ingredients in the curry. Luckily because it was noticed before a mouthful was taken, some antihistamine has been able to quell the reaction but it could have been worse. We won’t be coming back as there is a distinct lack of care and for us this could be dangerous.

We have used the Phoenix for many years but what's changed? Our three meals tonight were well below the usual standard we have been used to. Chicken with cashew nuts and yellow bean sauce. They didn't include any cashew nuts and the meals were all very bland. Chicken Thai Green Curry. Bland and large chunks of onion almost raw. Chicken Chowmein. Hardly a sign of chicken and noodles that tasted old. Not a pleasant experience and so disappointed. Will look elsewhere from now on unless someone responds to this review with a reasonable explanation for the change in quality.

Disappointed with our meal, both my partner and myself had to ask if they would top up the buffet selection. We both got a first plate of food but by the time we were ready for a 2nd a lot of the trays were empty! We waited just short of 40 minutes for fresh food to be put out and then we had to ask for a sweet and more drinks. The staff were not busy only 3 tables of couples in the restaurant yet they seemed reluctant to actually serve us. We will not be in a hurry to return here which is a shame as it would have been a treat had the service been better.
