Ready to collect perfectly on time, the chips are really good - but that’s it. All bland and for some reason there was sweet and sour sauce in the duck chow mein. 🤮

Absolutely disgusting actually inedible it all went in the bin. We tried to eat it but it was so so salty it'll was vile actually feel funny after eatting some. Rice was mushy BBQ sauce was not BBQ don't even know what it taste like. Chicken balls so chewy couldn't eat it Absolutely awful. Worst chinese iv evwr experienced in my life. Staff not friendly never again. Placed order by mistake and they wouldn't refund it was just vile.

I only go there for the wings but overall the food is a 💯… very short waiting time… food is always served fresh and hot. Love it

We have been using Top Wok for over 4 years now. The food quality has gone down rapidly. Stodgy Rice, Vegetable Curry with a tiny bit of vegetables, Beansprouts very greasy, Banana Fritters battered for too long and so dry with no sauce at all. We have given you the benefit of the doubt now for too long. Your new management needs sorting out. You have now lost our custom. We will not return.

If you are only accepting cash payments in the restaurant this should be displayed on your website and FB page.

Awful went in the bin rice stodgy and no egg nothing chicken processed tasteless

Do not go to this place the staffs attitude is absolutely disgusting. Ordered food this evening I live exactly 3mins away they delivered to me as I am unwell food was stone cold I called them to ask why they denied it and starting playing loud music in the background of the call when I was trying to explain. Very rude food was horrible. Much better places to go avoid this place if you want good customer service and delicious food.

The very worst chips I've EVER had!!!!! Just fancied a snack after watching g a play at the barn, popped into marks kitchen and ordered the chips with curry sauce, walked home which is less than 10 mins away and opened the chips, not sure how anyone can make so Tho g as yummy as chips taste so bad, won't be goi g back for anything else

surprise early delivery, compared to estimated time but not a problem as the food from this chippy is as always as good as the best restaurants in liverpool

Consistently great dishes. Delivered within the estimated time. Easily my favourite Chinese takeaway in Derby.

Ordered on Sat 2nd Nov. Ordered at 6pm, and website said 35 minutes. At 6.45 I rung Tigerlily and was told it never said 6.35 It was 7.10 and that I must have missed the notification on the app... there was NO notification on the app! I said OK happy for wait another 25 minutes. At 7.20pm, I rung again and was told the order is leaving now and on its way. At 7.45pm, 1 hour and 45 minutes after we placed the order, our order turned up, cold and horrible. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

The only reason I give it two stars is because of the price the food is good and tasty but not worth the price far too expensive for a Chinese takeaway. It goes up every single year which is too much. Bring your prices down your too expensive. I’m in the catering industry and I know how much things cost and you are ripping people off.
