The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

It's been a bit ropey for years, but reading the reviews I thought I'd check ok the Credit Card Situation and nothing has changed. Dismissive, rude staff as ever. "Bank transfer or cash only". Someone ought to put a call in to HMRC methinks...

Amazing food, lovely staff, great service. I go here almost everyday. Would be every day if they never closed on Wednesdays lol. Highly recommend.

Food just scrapping average, I thought some meats were undercooked, real scrapyard chips don't think there was a full chip in there. Lady taking order was real nice and pleasant.

I am regular customer which l he. Konws i placed my order online but one. Care 2 3 4 i ignore.. they keep 💯 ignoring. All. I am saying. When u placed an order. U don't get it. Honestly once or twice Honestly then ur for granted as great customer 🙃 then. U don't get what u want.... go. I always ♥️ placed my order for extra space. Order once... no no no no no spares. All

Great Chinese not the best but very friendly service and quick delivery very well priced

We have been using Chans Chow for over 20 years, using them on a monthly basis, the majority of the time the food is fine but this evening we ordered a meal for five people spending over £95, the food was adequate but the sweat and sour chicken balls were inedible, the chicken was rancid and the batter soggy and soaked in fat. After 20 years we won't be using Chans Chow again.

Chowmein was amazing! 10/10. Must try

I ordered delivery having been told 45 minuets to an hour, that was fine, At an hour and half I phoned to be given an apology and told it would on the next delivery, at 2 hours it arrived luke warm i phoned again to be told i could take it back for a refund, NOT AGAIN AVOID THEM.

I’ve ordered usually good but as of late disappointed not fresh and runny curry that looks like water no consistency in their orders and I struggle to get good orders but lately beef has been chewy and tough it’s usually fresh and easy to easy and curry’s changed. Whether they have a new chef the foods not nice. They don’t deliver that’s a disappointment since they are local. Last spend was £38 it was for 4 of us compared to chopsticks I spend around the same the quality of food needs to be looked at.

A bit more expensive than some but the food was really good

Food is good if you get what you ordered .. When call to complain they basically talk to you like you are thick and that it’s your fault and that will never deliver to you again. Customer service and satisfaction should be a priority!
