The best restaurants serving Chinese food in York Yorkshire and The Humber

I stopped in for eggs benadict and they had a very interesting twist on hollandaise sauce using beetroot which I loved. The service was excellent and it was a real pleasure to eat there. The location is incredibly convenient and I would highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a bite to eat in town.

Absolutely amazing the staff is so amazing they are so kind and unbelievably organised the second you finish your water they come and fill it up and all the food was sooooooooo tasty not a single bad thing that I could say about this place 10/10 recommend thank you so so much definitely will visit many more times! 💗😊

¡Muy bien! Uno de los restaurantes más amables y sabrosos que he tenido el placer de experimentar. Buena, sencilla, comida honesta y hospitalidad. Recomiendo encarecidamente el curry de Hong Kong, Char Siu, ternera satay, arroz frito y todo lo demás vegetariano o de otro tipo! La gente aquí es cálida y acogedora, e incapaz de servir una comida decepcionante. Una joya oculta absoluta en la escena del restaurante de York.

Yo y un amigo visitamos un viernes a la hora del almuerzo, había un menú de dos platos por £ 9. 90 con un montón de opciones. El servicio era muy bueno y rápido, pedimos bebidas y nuestra comida. Ambos optamos por las costillas de repuesto para empezar que pronto llegaron y estaban sabrosas y calientes. Para la alimentación mi amigo tenía carne de res en frijol negro con arroz frito con huevo y pedí el curry de res con arroz frito con huevo. La comida vino caliente y el camarero trajo un gran recipiente de arroz, todo estaba caliente y sabroso y una porción generosa. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestro almuerzo y recomendaríamos una visita, realmente no había ningún ambiente con que fuera una hora de almuerzo, pero disfrutamos de poder charlar.

Fantástica comida de Nochevieja. Personal maravilloso. No podía faltar nada. Volveremos el año que viene. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Tuvimos un fantástico desayuno en Noodle Lane, incluyendo su plato de desayuno que consiste en youtiao, congee y huevos de té, también nos divertimos con carne de res y xiaolong bao. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Last night went to Shi Shang and we ordered “Sizzzzzling” filet steak with black bean sauce, salt and pepper platter ,it was so yummy… they also gave me an ice cream alongside of a group gathering singing “happy birthday soooong to me , Thanks so much , we got a wonderful day

Called in today on the way back from Ripon - looking for typical Sichuan food. It was awful, the worse I have had for 30 years whilst living in Taiwan and travelling extensively in China. My wife - who is Taiwanese - hardly touched it!

Really tasty food in a cool historic building. I loved the roasted pork and duck, which were super flavorful and juicy. The fried rice was great too! Definitely a spot in the city centre I’d come back to!
