The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Phoned the restaurant 4 weeks advance of my booking which was on a bank holiday 21st April I asked if they were open which they replied yes so I made the booking for 5 Two days before the 21st April I called to confirm the booking Their reply was “ the boss as just told us we are not open The bank holiday 21st April I was completely flabbergasted, they have just cancelled our booking 2 days before the bank holiday, they did not have the decency to call us. When I confronted them their excuse was they could not get any staff to work on the bank holiday. They are part of the service industry who usually work on our days off. My thoughts are the service is so low (never been great but the food was ok) is that they did not have enough bookings to open and decided to stay closed which they never do on a bank holiday. So it looks like Pagoda have lost some more customers due to their unsatisfactory customer service.

Well it closed recently and had been flattened to the ground. To be replaced with new residential. Alternative in Sherburn in Elmet.

He estado aquí hace muchos años No impresionado solo tomar dinero en efectivo ahora y tuvimos un paseo justo para recogerlo volvió a nuestro apartamento para encontrar costillas faltantes que claramente pedimos ya que preguntan a med si dulce y agrio o sal y pimienta. Llamé para decir desaparecido pero ella no estaba teniendo nada de eso así que caminé de vuelta y me dijeron que no ordenado Dije que eran como usted preguntó qué tipo Actitud muy alejada y no muy amigable acabó consiguiéndolos pero fue una batalla. La comida en general estaba bien ahora no es especial El servicio de atención al cliente salió por la ventana. Estará dando una falta la próxima vez

Paseaba por este lugar cuando el lugar al que nos dirigíamos resultó estar cerrado. Sin embargo, no estaba decepcionado. La comida era excelente y buena relación calidad-precio. El servicio fue increíblemente educado y servicial y el camarero incluso llamó a un taxi para nosotros, que apreciamos.

Customer service was amazing and so polite, explaining all the dishes so we could order exactly what we wanted. The food was incredible!! Not greasy at all and all the meat was crispy even after getting delivered

El valor aquí en la oferta de almuerzo está fuera de lo normal. Si te detienes antes de las 6 de la tarde o un domingo puedes conseguir entrantes mixtos, una sopa, principal (la mayoría del menú) y patatas fritas o arroz por £ 10, además de algunas galletas de gambas de cortesía. El interior podría hacer con algo de trabajo, ya que parece un poco anticuado y menos atractivo (se podía hacer mucho con el espacio) y el servicio era razonable, pero se podía mejorar con ser un poco más atento, pero de nuevo, no hay problemas reales. Definitivamente vale la pena visitar si estás en la valla y estás buscando una comida que no romperá el banco cuando esté en el centro de la ciudad de Hull.
