The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Stratford-on-Avon West Midlands

If you’re in the area, then this Chinese, the Cantonese Chef is worth a look always have good plentiful hot tasty food. These Chinese guys are old-school not like the young pimped up Chinese food. You sometimes get these days.

We had a wonderful dining experience with our family. The service was excellent- warm, welcoming, and attentive. The menu offers a great variety of delicious dishes, including plenty of vegetarian options. Our favourites were the mini spring rolls, and we even tried the seaweed soup—it was delicious. The Thai vegetable curry was flavourful, and the banana dessert was a perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend.

Don't bother with this pub they think they are an expensive Michelin star restaurant judging by the prices and size of the dishes. I ordered a medium red wine as well and was charged £12.50 !!! and the bar man did even fill up the measure unit (175ml) up so I overpaid and didn't even get what I paid for....and a bottle of water for £5.50 ...ridiculous.

Vine aquí temprano el martes por la noche por el cumpleaños de nuestras nietas. En primer lugar, nuestra hija es discapacitada y el personal no podría haber sido más complaciente con rampas y haciendo espacio para su silla. La comida era simplemente excelente y el personal de espera era brillante. Soy un lugareño y esta fue la primera vez que usé Mr Chan’s ya que vivimos al otro lado de la ciudad. Took a punt and tried as Chinese takeaways are more miss than hit. This was great, for me, I was thinking loads of fresh veg along with the meat which makes it a winner. Not all gloopy and beige like many are. Will defo use again.

Celebrating our youngest finishing GCSEs with a takeaway of his choice - Chinese, so decided on Oriental Express, ordered 5 adult meals, worst of which was the Chef’s special “Triple Roast Special” (Duck, Chicken, Spare ribs) the ribs were gritty and meatless, the chicken tasteless and obviously pre cooked hours earlier and chopped into the sauce the duck like leather, sauce gloopy and tasteless. Do not ever order this dish. Just awful. Next chef special was the “Crispy shredded chicken with chilli sauce” the chicken was tough, not crispy, in a bland gloopy sauce very disappointing. Wouldn’t normally give a bad review, but this really was not good enough and very very disappointing for the overall cost, will not be going back.

I recently ordered from Lucky House, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The food arrived hot, fresh, and on time. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and delicious, and the beef with black bean sauce was full of flavor. Generous portions and friendly service made the whole experience great. If you're craving tasty Chinese takeaway, Lucky House is definitely the place to go, also, the gentleman over the phone was incredibly polite and helpful!

We have been here 2 times this year including Valentines Day. Always great food and good service. The food is fresh and cooked to order with excellent tastes. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is always busy, the staff work hard and no real waiting, just be realistic when busy. Will always keep going back here.!!!

¿Quieres una noche en durante nuestro fin de semana fuera y consiguió una comida para llevar entregado. Entrega rápida y comida muy sabrosa. El pato literalmente se derritió en tu boca. Rollos de primavera gratis que fue un buen toque. Porciones de buen tamaño también.

I don't understand the other reviews here. I've been here twice and planning more trips at the moment, although at the time of writing this it is temporarily closed (not sure why). I've been there with my parents and my boyfriend on different occasions and the service was lovely. Food tasted amazing, everything was clean and the plates were warmed. We also enjoyed some of the chocolate fountain. The price is completely reasonable.

Desde entonces he estado 3 veces en cada vez que me han enviado con comida para llevar de otra persona, entonces las chicas de mostrador no son muy inteligentes anoche, era el único lugar abierto, así que en contra de mi juicio, decidí comprar a todos un chino de nuevo, todo era incorrecto, estaba parcialmente allí. Estaba destinado a haber platos vegetarianos que resultaron no estar llenos de carne. Tenía una gamba y cebolla de primavera de jengibre, lo que me ha puesto muy enfermo. He estado despierta toda la noche y ha estado saliendo de ambos extremos. Estoy escribiendo esta crítica a las 4: 30 de la mañana todavía en dolor los nuevos propietarios claramente no son tan buenos.

The food here has always been just ok, but tonight, overcooked, burnt smelling food. We tried to eat it as we’d made the effort to collect it and didn’t really want to have the hassle of taking it back. If they had any pride it should never of left the kitchen door!!!! Most went in the bin. Im not a fussy eater but this was terrible. Never again, complete waste of money.

They are very organised, have never got our orders wrong, always deliver within the timescale. The food tastes lovely and is reasonably priced.

Absolutely shocking food. Texture of food was undercooked and therefore I wouldnt eat. Will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered for the first time as new to the area. This is a chicken satay starter. Called them and they apologised and asked what they could do to put it right. Sadly we put our trust in these food outlets and I wouldn’t eat here again. Based on what you have served I would say cease trading will put it right. Never again
