They forgot items in my order and wouldn’t pick up the phone

Had to go collect my food in the end… ridiculous.

Shocking service….extremely late, over an hour so far and still waiting!! Impossible to get hold of to query!

Unfortunately we got supplied the wrong item. The guy apologised on the phone and said to get a refund through just eat but it would have been better if we had just been given the correct items. Also the crispy beef had a funny taste

Best crispy shredded beef I have had for a long time. Whole meal was spot on.

As a family we will never order from this place again the food was disgusting the chicken balls was not cooked it was pink in the middle and the curry was sloppy and pawn's was freezing and the meat was not cooked and when we rang to complain he put the phone down on us I would not recommend no one ordering from here unless you want to be food poisoning and paying for something that you will not like to eat and wasting your money here avoid at all cost

Ordered from this place a handful of times and every single time the food has been excellent! I have no idea what resturant these 1* reviewers have been ordering from but it cannot be the same place! Highly recommend you check out the place yourself and leaving your own honest review ♥

Chicken Curry was bland, Spring Rolls were soggy/no crispness. Chicken Balls were like the batter was way undercooked, very soggy & mushy inside, couldn't eat them. Prawn Toast was also soggy & mushy. Didn't eat much, not enjoyable at all.

3/5 ordered on uber eats delivery time was super speedy got here in 40 minutes after delivery, salt and pepper chips banging and the portion size is massive im well impressed for £4.50. The egg fried rice today tastes really bland and a bit burnt which isn’t normal i think the cooks should taste their batches of rice before cooking because i am disappointed as egg fried rice is my fav part of a chinese takeaway. Other then that keep up the good work!! Make sure the egg fried rice is good next time 🤣🤣

Unfortunately this take away is very hit and miss. Today my food arrived cold and items were missing. Good points were quick delivery and the driver was very polite. The delivery was earlier than the time stated on the app which I wasn’t bothered about as I had requested ASAP.

Only used because my usual Chinese Takeaway was closed. Not the best quality, very greasy duck for pancakes, hardly any spring onion & they were very dry, pancakes were poor & tore easily, yuk sun, very watery & lettuce leaves although there was a lot, again not the best quality, disappointing for the cost & won't use again- sorry

Absolutely beautiful food. Order arrived 20 mins early. We was worried we missed the delivery due to getting the kid to sleep. Phoned restaurant. He phoned driver. Driver was redelivering but we didn't realise. Was still piping hot. So tasty. Great customer service from the restaurant. 100% recommended

The chips was really dry and I ordered 2 cans of Pepsi and they put 2cans of coke. If they didn’t have Pepsi why don’t they phone you to see if you wanted something else instead of just something in because I’m allergic to coke so I couldn’t drink it.

The delivery was fine . The egg fried rice I ordered looked as though it had been swept up off the floor, and tasted abysmal.

Food was hot and earlier than expected, salt & pepper king prawns were amazing, lovely chicken chow mien & big portion, Always get the curry sauce was delicious. Delivery driver was early & very polite.

Ribs where probably week old, basically just bones with nano millimeter of dry black what apear to be meat. No sauce because they want you to buy it separately!!!! Discusting!!! Requested for refund! This is the third time I have ordered and each time got worse!!!

9/10 I struggle to eat a whole chicken chow mein, but it was beautiful and I pretty much ate it all. The prawn crackers were delicious and the restaurant listen to our notes. Will deffo order again.

I’ve been poorly ordered takeaway expecting it to be nice and it was far from it. Chips were burnt to crisp. Chicken in curry was pink in middle oh and sauce itself was gloopy and so unflattering.

Food was cold and chips where horo

Chips were either really over cooked or re cooked! The batter on the chicken balls was hard and taste less. Very disappointing as used to be great food from here!

Normally this place is very good but this time the rice was burnt and it was delivered cold. For the price I paid plus the delivery charge is is to much to ask to have hot food?

The red Thai curry is absolutely stunning here. There are so many bad reviews but our food has always been amazing. We order from them on Deliveroo about twice a month.

Hi the pork chow main was not very nice. Hardly any pork in it. The bits of pork I did have tasted off. There was no taste at all. Not very happy

Food was like warm at best - and clearly some of it had been sat for a considerable while. Whilst delivery time was estimated to be long, it felt like the food was prepared well in advanced of that and sat waiting. Disappointing as usually only ever have good things to say, but whilst the taste was nice as always, none of the food was hot and some was actually cold!

I ordered a take away , i was expecting a delicious meal. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. The food was burnt to a crisp, rendering it inedible. Not only was the dish burnt, but it also had a strong, unpleasant charred taste . We wont be ordering again

very disappointed, all food items tasteless,sauce for sweet n sour chicken runny, rice burnt, ribs very dry and hard, didn't order from normal restaurant wanted a change, won't make that mistake again.

Food was late, arrived cold. Hardly any meat in the duck which was overcooked. The spring onion and cucumber was so dry, it looked like it was days old. Spring rolls were absolutely tasteless. Never had such a bad Chinese meal. Absolutely terrible.

Can’t rate the food quality, it hasn’t arrived! App says it’s delivered! No food here. We’ve been waiting for over an hour already for the delivery, which is bad enough! WHERE IS OUR FOOD?

Really disappointed,we knew the wait was for an hour so we were very hungry when it arrived, the soup was delicious,however the curry’s were both cold and congealed so could not be eaten, the chips were cold too , £25 is a lot to pay when all that was eaten was the soup 🙁

Absolutely VILE,the curry was cold was meant to be extra hot, it looked like a dog just chucked it up….tried one spoon and the lot went in the bin…I felt sorry for the bin. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

We order from this restaurant most weeks and it’s usually excellent tonight I ordered pork yuk sung and it was uneatable very overcooked and very salty the other food we ordered was good

Had this order 3 times now (Beef chow mein and chicken balls with chips) although on time my order was stone cold and hardly any beef in the chow mein 4 pieces so won't be ordering from here again as I had to throw my food away.

Different to what I usually order and it was delicious. Normally go for black bean sauce, but tried the seczuan beef. Will order again. Very happy
