The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Midlands

Popped in on the way home, got ignored by two members of staff. One walked straight past me taking a box out to the delivery drivers. Like most places now customer service sucks and they just want to do deliveries. Even though they would make more money on collections. Another customer they have lost.

Nice to have a place like this nearby, where you know the taste and quality of the food is always consistently good. Been in today - the food's as good as ever! Walked in, ordered my food, and less than 10 minutes I was walking home with my tea! Staff friendly as ever and the food still consistently great! Highly recommended! 10/10 Just been back again tonight after a long day at work.. Food is just as good as it's ever been! Portion size is great, and no complaints about the quality of the food either. No wonder they've always got food deliveries being collected! Very popular place with consistently good food. Highly recommended. Been a while since I've been in, but I felt like treating myself! The food tonight was top notch! I've even got some leftovers for tomorrow as well!

I ordered a takeaway ordered a chicken curry egg fried rice chow mien and chicken balls Never had the full order and chicken balls were rock hard and called to tell them and was very rude and never sort it out never ever order from there again

The google page says it's open today until 10pm, but when I went there at 6pm it was all locked up and looking like it hasn't been open for a long time.

First time ordering from here as our local Chinese has turned awful. Food was absolutely delicious!! Everything we Oerter was spot on👌 Definitely my go to Chinese from now on

Have been a regular at this take away for a few years. But will be looking for another local Chinese after the food we had last night. Order was, Salt and chilli spareribs. What we received were a couple of normal size spareribs chopped up into small pieces with very little meat or taste. Chicken chow mien. The chow mien was the worst I have had. Processed chicken in uniform strips. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. King prawn chow Mien. Again tasteless frozen prawns. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. They will know who we are from the order. The food was shocking. On that bases we are out and will not be ordering again. The people that we have recommended over the years will be recommended to do the same. A Friday night treat is getting more and more expensive. So will find a place that does not rip you off by serving up very poor quality food.

Had my dad's wake here. Callum and staff were so kind, helpful and couldn't do to make this difficult day as easy as possible for me and my family. Excellent customer service, great food. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you to all the wonderful staff

Well they sent the wrong size drink it was a can and not a bottle i had ordered

Table of 5. Set menu for 4 for 5 people. Well, the quality of the dishes was good. But, the quantity was a joke. £166.00 we paid! What we got looked like a meal for 3 at any other Chinese. Frankly, we were shocked by how this place has got worse under the new ownership. We are regulars here, but frankly, I doubt we’ll be back after this experience. Shame.

Ordered online for delivery at 7pm. Arrived at 7pm a party of 9 people. Everyone was very happy and food delicious. Driver who delivered very pleasant. Well done! Thank you
