The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Wiltshire South West

Rang a takeaway order through, which should have been half an hour. Still waiting after nearly an hour. Let me know if it's going to be this long. I would have left home later.

I wouldn't waste your time. While the food was fresh, it had no seasoning, not even garlic! The BBQ sauce was clearly out of a pot and was still terrible. My 2 stars are for service and freshness, or at least tasted fresh. Everything else is lacking

We ordered chicken noodle soup, it was the worst soup l have ever had. It was tasteless slices of chicken with egg noodles in a broth,also orderd a jumbo pancake which was full of grease with slices of meat tasteless and will not be ordering from there again

Ordered to collect the chow mein was missing where we got home. They delivered a replacement fast enough but tasted old and greasy it had a really funky twang. The food overall wasn't good either and the duck in plum sauce always anemic and pale beige even the sauce was beige. People of calne must have strong stomachs because it's gone straight through me. Won't be returning

Good food, clean and friendly takeaway, definitely one of if not the best Chinese.

have been looking for a amazing quality close by Chinese takeaway place, and this is the one!! such a fantastic place!! quick delivery! ordered the 2 person chicken balls, fried rice and beef mushrooms with black bean sauce and roasted pork chop suey! amazing food quality and pipping hot when arrived nothing undercooked, everything was perfectly cooked, the chicken balls where perfect juicy and delicious! everything was great!!! yummy! will order again soon!! definitely recommend!

Food was over 90 mins when said 45 mins when ordered and turned up cold called to tell them and no offer of a part refund won’t go again

Good decent priced supermarket. A bit shy on some products like lamb and cheeses such as block elemental. Good selections of wine and beer.

This take out probably has a new chef. The food was absolutely beautiful, and I know my Chinese! This is the second meal we have had as a take out in the last couple of weeks. Well done you.

Anyone else I’ll after picking.up a takeaway from here? Last night had a takeaway and OMG have I been bad afterwards. Had nothing else to eat so know it was this. Beef tasted funny

Normally I am quite a positive person and my reviews normally match that but, in this instance, f I could give zero stars I would!! This is by far the worst Chinese I have ever eaten or ordered from. The food was late (took almost two hours in the end to arrive) and when I phoned to query the first time (over an hour since ordering) it was quite obvious that they hadn’t even started the order. Twenty minutes later I phoned again and was told that as I wasn’t a regular customer I couldn’t expect any prioritisation. No, I wasn’t expecting to be prioritised, just to get my food when it was supposed to turn up!! When the food finally arrived it was inedible!! The sweet and sour sauce just tasted of vinegar, the lamb was actually beef, the Foo Yung was dry and tasteless! Such a disappointment after waiting so long… With such rude service and awful food, there is no chance of us becoming regular customers. We will not be returning! Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered takeaway and for third time in a row was over 40 minutes late on delivery. When arrived some of it just Luke warm. When contacting to find out where delivery was, the woman was rude on phone. Certainly need to brush up on customer service skills. I hoped third time lucky but I won't be going back to them after this.

Last night we ordered and collected 3 cod and chips along with a pie and some sides. All 3 pieces of Cod were the same size and exactly the same shape ( not Cod shape more like plaice ) the batter was like bread. It screamed Tesco frozen value. Inside the fish was dry and brown, no flavour and was very hard to cut without it flying off the plate. The pie was disgusting the inside looked like it had already been eaten once. The mushy pies had absolutely no taste what so ever and the curry sauce was so full of salt it went straight in the bin alone with the other £30 worth of food.

Absolutely distrusting quality. Duck In Pancakes - Hoi Sin sauce was watered down with Soy Sauce making it almost purely soy sauce. The pancakes were that thin yoo can’t roll them up without splitting them. Two of the 6 were already in half. Absurd quality for the money. The cucumber had a taste of disinfectant and was inedible. Will never use this takeaway again.

Over priced and very salty, I used to order from here weekly but last few times have been disappointing
