Ordered takeaway and for third time in a row was over 40 minutes late on delivery. When arrived some of it just Luke warm. When contacting to find out where delivery was, the woman was rude on phone. Certainly need to brush up on customer service skills. I hoped third time lucky but I won't be going back to them after this.

Ordered for the first time this evening on neighbours recommendation as the one I used to go to left us disappointed on last visit. Cannot fault it at all! Thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Used to go here in the past and it was really good but a recent visit left us SO disappointed. The takeaway order was short of one portion of sauce and the overall meal was awful. The sweet & sour meal tasted too vinegary, with the pork not tasting properly cooked-through. The chicken curry was OK but the chips were like shrapnel (kind of stale and dry) with the egg-fried rice more like brown-coloured boiled rice instead. Nothing was quite right and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because they were friendly! Shame about the food.

The food arrived on time and they got the order correct. The bean sprouts in one of the dishes had definitely gone off. They were brown and tasted terrible ruining the dish. The sweet and sour chicken balls were soggy and had been deep fried in the same oil used for their sweet fritters as they tasted really strongly of banana. The rice was ok and the rest of the meal was bland and didn't taste fresh. I wouldn't try them again.

Really enjoyed another really tasty, piping hot meal from this fantastic take away. It was delivered on time by a friendly driver. I have used this take away many times and it is always excellent. Thought that I must comment and give praise where praise is due. Well done Jade Garden. Thankyou.

Always found the food is really good. Unfortunately every time we have ordered they deliver 30+ minutes late. Several times i've called to complain the food hasn't come and they're usually rude and just state it's on its way. The only reason we continue to order is the food is good.

Took 90 minutes to arrive. Food was just warm and fairly tasteless. Had Thai green chicken curry, beef in Thai chilli sauce, Singapore rice, and nasi goreng. No shortage of ingredients but no taste. £25 inc delivery so not cheap. Possibly a one off so will try again.

They go to the trouble of saving your name and number in their record so they know who they are speaking to when you ring- a nice touch. Food always to a very good standard and the chips are the fantastic, and I don't eat chips often. You wait outside and they bring the food out to you so VERY COVID SAFE.

Second one in a row that has arrived cold and extremely bland. Curry sauce had a skin on it and chips were dry as if food was sat about waiting. Last order for me unfortunately

I have a problem with onions and they make me a curry without - nothing is too much trouble and it tastes good too. The staff are very friendly but professional and so welcoming and they remember you!

Ordered tonight. phoned to say are chicken balls and salt pepper chilli chicken didn't taste right. After a dispute was offered a refund on them 2 items. Manager came to door checked food said we could have refund on chicken balls but not chilli chicken as some of it was thrown in the bin! He then told us to go throw the bin and get the remaining chicken out! We have been loyal customers for years with orders from £25 up to £80 safe to say they have lost are custom

After being a very loyal customer for the last two and a half years, I can safely say I will not be returning to this awful business due to finding hair in my food which they said I had put in there myself, raw chicken which again was my fault and the wrong dish which is apparently what I had ordered - this was completely different to what I normally order and receive! I waited nearly an hour for delivery and when I rung up to ask how long my food was going to be I was spoken to very rudely by the new girl that works at the front - when I rang a second time to explain the faults with my order I was told to bring my food into them which when I did I was actually shouted at by one of the Chinese girls. I simply asked for a refund which she declined saying I had done all this myself and she would not be giving me any money back despite me taking food back and then her waving it around customers without the lid and asking if they thought it looked like the specific dish I had ordered to which they all disagreed with her before she started getting nasty with me. After waiting nearly one hour for food and paying for delivery and then having to return the food and using my fuel due to accusations being made and then being made out to be a liar it is safe to say I am not impressed and will never in my living days return here.

Had two full meals, including starters & sides and it was all excleent. Spare ribs were particularly tasty. Couldn't eat it all in the end, but the leftovers were equally delicious next day. Friendly service.

I you ask they will alter the ingredients of any dishes to suit dietry requirements - it is always beautifully cooked

Wow food from here is ready quickly and is consistantly absolutely delicious. Last night we had capital spare ribs, chicken with mushrooms and special fried rice. All cooked to perfection, piping hot, generous amount of meat. Would definitely highly recommend.

Great set meals that are good value and nice size portions.The set meals can be changed slightly if you want to swap something for something else which I did by swapping special fried rice with nasi goreng rice.fast service and pleasant staff.
