The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Bristol, City of South West

Opening times incorrect on Google business page. Drove out of my way to pick up food on way home on a Sunday evening (5.30) and they were closed.

This is one of the best Chinese take aways in Bristol .They have never given me and my husband a horrible meal.Its always been delishus and well worth the money.Not over prices ,For very tasty foods.The egg rice and special rice is very very nice indeed.Also the crispy chilli beef is worth a try as it's one of the best we have had in Bristol for sure. The mini spring rolls are very nice also. I am sure we tried more foods then this but it gives you an idea of how nice this place. The lady at reception that takes your order I just wanted to say your lovely and always so very polite. See you again soon.

Stunning Thali dishes Full of flavour. Addicted to the lamb and roti Highly recommend sharing a Thali with someone and get a beer to wash it down

We were served by Ray, he was lovely. We were indecisive about what to order so he suggested to make the order for us, he asked if we had any allergies or dislikes before doing this. The food order he made for us was perfect, we loved every dish. We will defiantly we coming back in the future

Perfectly nice Chinese takeaway. Portions plentiful. Chicken satay was fantastic. Would order from here again.

Sat 9 Nov 8.45 table booked in advance when arrived look of surprise on face of staff given a table not laid very haphazard attention by staff plates were plastic server's little choice of bottle beer no draught although on menu. Food spring roll starter hot but very bland several of the items ordered were returned to kitchen undercooked or cold. Beside one other table of 3 no one their eating and even the on line home delivery boys were having a quite night. Did not check any reviews pre booking as in the past this was one of the best in town. Took a group of old mates out for a more. Think I was being generous giving a 1 star rating.

Food was stone cold and the worst quality. I've never had such a bad subway meal in my life. Just awful. Delivery guy was lovely, though.

This is probably the best Chinese cuisine, every meal is well balanced and clean tasting. I never was a big fan of Chinese takeaway until I was introduced to mayflower. The crispy beef is supreme. I am shocked that they have a 3.5 rating on trip advisor, they deserve 5 star easy.

First time trying here tonight and it was lovely food my partner never eats prawn crackers but he loves these so they have got to be good fast delivery aswell would highly recommend.

Order went through at 18:44 and food arrived at 20:17. I get it’s the weekend but the restaurant is less than 2 miles away and twice Just Eat changed the expected delivery time. First from 19:15 hrs to 19:40-20:00 then after I rang the restaurant via the app at 20:10 it changed to 20:20 suggesting that the restaurant reacted rather than processing my order earlier. I paid for delivery and a service charge on top yet 1.5 hours to deliver locally is a poor service and unacceptable in my opinion.

Quite possibly the best Chinese I've ever had. Better than my local and I say that lightly

We have been using Chans Chow for over 20 years, using them on a monthly basis, the majority of the time the food is fine but this evening we ordered a meal for five people spending over £95, the food was adequate but the sweat and sour chicken balls were inedible, the chicken was rancid and the batter soggy and soaked in fat. After 20 years we won't be using Chans Chow again.
