Food was delicious but I had to warm up slightly in Microwave

Food delicious and bang on time.

Food was great but ribs in tiny box ! 5 tiny ribs for £9 not great unless this changes will not reorder them - egg fried rice was almost plain fried rice ! More egg and colour - chow mein was delicious! As was the sweet and sour battered chicken balls - only thing I would leave out next time I order was the ribs ( tiny tiny portion) and egg fried rice

Food arrived and was super hot and tasty.

I went to review this as the worst food I've ever encountered, but someone had already beaten me to it. It just provides regret. I'm hoping I don't suffer from further gastroenterology impacts. I just want to eat mustard to get the taste out of my mouth

Delivery driver could have taken more care with the soups as they had spilt into the bag , but still they tasted delicious with what was left !!!

Food was ok but the driver wouldn't deliver to window as requested and DEMANDED I open the door, vile man, will never use this company again!

Food was amazing and while the very early deliver time was unexpected, it was rather nice. The delivery driver was also very kind and patient as I ran to the door due to the unexpected arrvial.

Excellent looking forward to the next time , Wonton Soup was particularly good.!!!

As a regular customer the food quality was very disappointing, unfortunately. Both food items were overcooked, the chicken balls especially, which pretty much ruined them - I only ate them because they cost so much..

Spare ribs were, meat hard couldn't eat them. Dissopointed as has same last week & they were nice.

special fried rice was very white and thick , very dry food no sauces at all even on the food itself, very hard pork and disappointing taste

Food took an age to arrive. Tom Yum and Chicken Sweetcorn Soup were good. Prawn toast was excellent Ribs were over cooked and nearly inedible, meat in chow mein was over cooked. Chicken balls were ok. Wouldn’t order from here again as it is expensive for both quantity and quality.

Order said between 20:40 and 21:00 and arrived at 21:20. £40 order that was late and not even some complimentary prawn crackers. Food was actually very good and when I called chasing delivery the gent was friendly and admitted to being behind which was good, but if you know you are running late putting something free in the bag would stop such a review. Would definitely order again but another late delivery would stop me from using again.

The food was nice but honestly the Chow Mein portion size was disappointingly small. It was closer to a small side rather than a meal, not really worth the price. Delivery was quick however.

After a bit of a weird handoff by the driver, we dived into our first order from Aromas - and it was DELICIOUS! All of the dishes we had were tasty and interesting. As one of our group put it, "Not a single weak dish!". Will definitely order from here again.

NOT HAPPY !!! I received my food late and cold where I spend over £25 and I received the smallest portion of food ever I payed round 9 pound for ribs and I have received small sized “rice container “ with hardly anything in there as to the duck chow main for the amount of money massive let down not worth it everything seemed under cooked also the curry souse full off oil and salty had to throw it away .joke I was looking forward to that meal.

Love aromas and will definitely eat here again as it’s my go to however on this occasion the chicken balls were overdone and the sweet and sour sauce tasted perfumery

We order from Aromas regularly. This evening I went with the Special Kung Po for the first time. It was delicious and will be my new 'go to' dish. Thanks Aromas for an extra tasty takeaway meal :)

Delivery was slower than initially advertised, then further delayed so we had to go and collect the food ourselves. Really good food, once we’d got it!

I found the food bland and the portions stingy. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Good service and speedy delivery though. Food just wasn't for me.

We’ve used Aroma’s for years and we very disappointed to have our first truly dreadful meal. Our duck was cold, chewy and extremely dry. The cucumber and spring onion was also totally dried out. And at £13.50 for a quarter it was pretty expensive too. Such a shame.

Order slightly incorrect. Portions slightly smaller than previously.

Part of the order was missing; no spring onion cucumber for the crispy duck pancakes.

Great customer service stayed in contact went the extra mile. Flavors were delicious unfortunately the meat was a little dry however everything else was so good it canceled itself out. Would recommend.

Food not very great. Oil tasted weird on chicken balls and chips, sweet & sour and barbecue is a liquid rather than a sauce. Spring rolls are from iceland, taste and look the exact same as the ones in my freezer so not very good quality. “Special fried rice” was supposedly with barbecue sauce but had nothing on it and there was exactly 3 pieces of meat on top of some white boiled rice. Wont order from here again ☹️

Food was hot, fresh, very tasty, would recommend and definitely use again Lemon chicken and beef and broccoli were great, Tom yum soup with king prawn is a must try

Seemed really expensive for what it was.

Edemame beans were awful, frozen and thrown in a bowl with no seasoning etc. that’s what I get from a supermarket. A restaurant charges £4.90 for 50p worth of beans you expect them to do something with the food! Really poor dish not up to the standard of others

When you're paying over 10% just for delivery, you would hope that the driver might actually turn up at the right house.

We ordered a meal online to collect ourselves (we live close by). The ordering system was easy, the food was ready when we went to collect at the time we'd specified. Generous portions, tasty food. We'll be doing it again! Recommended.

very bad service, I waited for the delivery over an hour so no food arrived.I tried to call the restaurant to find out what happened but no answer. Very disappointed.

Food was expensive compared to others we’ve had locally, portions were small also other take always offer free rice with their curry’s but not this place. Ordered soup also, the liquid part was not In take away bowl when delivered but in the bottom of the bag they delivered it in! Won’t be ordering form here again

Great tasting food, will be my go to for a chinese meal now. Would encourage loyalty if they would give free prawn crackers for a high price order like my own; that would've been greatly appreciated as some of my local ones back home do that. However, was very good food.

Used to be a really great Chinese and Thai takeaway, but it’s slipped a lot recently. Average at best now and probably won’t bother ordering from Aromas again.

Miss soup very disappointed, for nearly £5 it wasn't good, miso flavour was poor very small amount of chicken tiny seaweed, Why are we getting charge for service charge, as we didn't get restaurant service, so no end to charge it, plus now charging for the bag thats a joke.
