Order a meal over the Internet they delivered it them self's meal cost £21. Then deliver charge £1.80 plus a service charge of 50pence I find this a total scam never ever order again online

the Tandori starters were all very dry and the chicken tikka masala tasted sour. what a waste of money. I will not be ordering from here again.

We visited The Royal Phoenix last night to celebrate my birthday with my family, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. We hadn’t booked a table, but they seated us with no issues at all—and by pure coincidence, we were even placed near some birthday banners, which felt so thoughtful and added a lovely touch to the evening! The food was absolutely excellent, as always. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were even asked if we’d prefer a little break between our starters and mains, which was such a nice touch and made the meal feel really relaxed and enjoyable. This wasn’t our first time at the Royal Phoenix and it definitely won’t be our last. To top it all off, they surprised me with a scoop of ice cream, a candle, and a lovely rendition of Happy Birthday which absolutely made my day. Thank you so much - you really helped make our evening super special 💖

Possibly the worse Chinese takeaway I have ever ordered £42 portion size was so bad the food was so salty hands down so bad on Mother’s Day as a little treat Dreadfull rip off.

We consider ourselves Chinese Takeaway connoisseurs and wow this didn’t disappoint! Fantastic from the very beginning. The gentleman was extremely welcoming and polite which is always a great start. The food was piping hot and exceedingly delicious. I wouldn’t look anywhere else if I was in Windermere.
