Do not use this Chinese plz plz avoid, I used the food palace website. To pay with my Apple Pay. First time it said payment not been paid. So I paid again. Same thing said payment had not gone through. I phoned up the Chinese. The boss said !!!! He had 2 payments PENDING. So I used my other card to pay and that order went through. I received my order!!!!! I then contacted my bank!!!!! 1 of the payments pending went through (got a transaction number for it ) other pending did not go through. He has just lied now for 6 days. Now saying HE DID NOT receive any payments.. I’m owed £16.10. I have full evidence off payment that came out my bank. He’s now ignoring me and avoiding any qurstions. Avoid like the plaque… 😂😂

Just lost a regular customer tonight we have ordered every other week at this place but after being accused of being a liar tonight they can stick it. We ordered three soups two were half full, prawn toast quarter of a slice of bread size, and no prawns crackers. The assistant that took the call back was friendly enough and accepted they would replace the food as well as an extra portion of noodles which we would of paid for. Five minutes after we received an angry call from I presume was the owner speaking to my wife like s**t and then I took the call he accused me of taking the Mick and saying the soups were full! Shocking customer service you really think I would lie over a £4 soup and £1.40 single piece of prawn toast! After orders of £25-40 a time for the last year! I brought the food back to prove that I didn't want a freebie soup/prawn toast absolutely pathetic!

Expensive. Bland and absolutely no meat in the salt n pepper beef dish I ordered The spring rolls had literally no filling. An absolute rip off!!!!!

The food orders was not wat I got I ordered duck and plum sauce I got duck and plum sauce and pineapple I am allergic to pineapple so was not very gd

First try of buffet in NE, their choices impressed me also comes with excellent service!

At least 2 days to 3 days minimum old chicken, not fresh at all. Very sandy texture-like chicken with very plain flavouring. Try peri-peri at Gosforth or Manjatros in City Centre, that's very fresh chicken in comparison to this. First time as well to this place. I would not recommend.

Everything was perfect it could be made clear that the parmo came with salad and chips. The parmo itself was a regular but it was as big as large ones elsewhere. It was an I am told by my wife, the best she has tasted. I had the traditional curry 5*

1st time ordered from here, all I can say is Trading Standards should be sentin immediately. Chow mean was basically just noodles, no beansprouts and bland, and the spare ribs, we're the size of my thumb nail, with absolutely no meat on them, very low standard of food, we will never use them again...beware

Had the special no 44 and 54 never tasted anything so bad it was awfull no taste chips were terrable never ever will i go there again

Estoy compartiendo una reseña para la comida de Bar She Impression que pedimos para entrega. En mi opinión, su comida no será diferente de su comida "sentarse - sentarse". Mi familia y yo acabamos de pedir una comida muy grande para llevar - lejos. Por mi parte pedí una sopa Hot and Sour. La comida llegó a tiempo, pero eso fue lo único positivo . Mi caída con la comida china es siempre una sopa agria como ite rápido y fácil de hacer y cuando se hace bien, es increíblemente sabroso, El olor al abrir la tina de plástico era extraño y desagradable , casi como si la sopa hubiera sido sometida a microondas dentro del recipiente de plástico segundos antes de ser recogida por el repartidor . A 7 libras por un recipiente de plástico de agua de mal sabor me siento completamente arrancado, el sabor excesivo de esta 'sopa' fue vómito . He comido este mismo plato en 3 continentes diferentes y ninguno probó este 'agrio' VERDADERAMENTE UN PLATO HORRIBLE. Tuve 3 cucharadas y a través de ella por el fregadero - GENUINAMENTE ASQUEROSO - ni siquiera le daría una estrella si esta aplicación lo permitiera.

The food tastes like it's been sat out for a few days. The chips are really soggy and not the crispy Chinese chips you'd expect. The chicken fried rice was so stodgy and stuck together just rank. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was not to the usual taste either, it didn't have a taste. Waited ages for delivery. Unfortunately won't be back
