Terrible service they don’t answer the phone so you can’t get an update my order was over one 20 minutes late avoid using the delivery when arrived food was cold probaly due too the fact it been out with driver so long

I ordered food from here I was told it would be within the hour after 65 minutes I rang back the lad I spoke to said it should be with you in an few minutes after another 20 minutes still no food I rang back the shop to be told it had just left the shop 5 minutes ago After 130 minutes the food turned up it was definitely not worth the wait the chips were raw and the chicken tikka had no taste

Ordered delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive the food was cold paid £22 for parmo burger and fish and chips absolute waste of money complained to owner who said unfortunately he wasn't working that night and he'd speak to staff, usually spend on average £50 a week in this shop and this is the reward for my loyalty

Food is great love it my favourite place to order a parmo from and there is somthing for everyon but their delivery time is shocking i wait about an hour and half everytime i order and its about 5 minutes drive from my house!

Paid £4 delivery for a start as my house is over 4 miles away 4.1 to be exact food came freezing cold also found a black hair in the garlic so food went in the bin rang up to speak to the manager and was told to bring the black hair into the shop absolute disgrace £20 down the drain

We ordered food from here Christmas Eve curry was disgusting rice missing went in the bin I would not order from here again

never get a delivery from here again, to find out once we cut into the parmo a few times finding raw pieces of chicken leaving my Mrs to have sickness and diarrhoea through the night, kebab was swimming in grease to the point it was like the bottom of a chip when unused disgraceful for £15

Only got sausage chips and curry , sausage was ok had worse, curry was a cup of brown water, and chips were white hard and some sloppy and greasy so seemed like I got old cold sloppy ones and white fresh uncooked ones waste of £5 all in the bin avoid

Been here a couple of times food average but this time got a nice surprise of a long hair while eating a parmesan .

Went here for a parmo. A total disappointment for NINE POUNDS ...an absolute disgrace. It was sickly and not nice.

Hi menu put through my door , as a family thought we would download and order only to find items on App don't match menu after ringing.Waste of time downloading app and after reading other reviews on other sites seems may be a good thing.Wouldnt waste time trying to get new customers if you can't offer what's on menu.

Portions are very good and the fish ish light and crispy,Chips are always nice.staff are really nice ,very chatty while you wai ,As fish is cooked on asking so you have to wait ,but worth it

ordered a mixed kebab with chips and garlic nan,medium lamb curry and chips my husband collected when we went to eat it the chicken was ok kebab meat cold,chips awful must have been cooked in cold fat unable to eat them,the curry had no spices or curry powder in it it was like a jar of pureed baby food never tasted a curry like it so rang and complained no apology they sent a driver to collect and refund all in loose change will never use again and defo will not recomend

The parmos used to be so nice, but now the bechamel is awful the chicken is thin and crispy just not nice at all such a shame.

Got a chicken parmo delivered when it arrived the warmest bit was the salad. Telephone to complain and alls I got is ok. Customer service skills need addressing

Stone cold parmo defo warmed up and stone cold chips some black on the inside parmo way too much white sauce on never use again

The pork parmos here used to be amazing. Sadly we recently went to get one and the pork was soooo thin you barely knew it was there! And the price has been increased ... again. The 'chef' tries to hide this by an overload of bechamel sauce. My auntie got one since my visit and had exactly the same problem. Quality and value for money has hit rock bottom. All my family went here for parmos but now they have lost our custom and we will be going elsewhere.Simply awful.

My husband and I haven't been very well the last couple of days and couldn't be bothered cooking or even driving out for dinner . I found the new app on line and it was a great app one of the best I've used . Food was superb, piping hot and bloody delicious. It fed x2 the amount I had ordered for to my delight at 2 unexpected visitors and still some left .We both loved the food and the promptness of the order . Well done Avatars golden fry I know what it is like to run a family takeaway . Only slight problem I had paid for chapatti and never received it and it wasn't took off my bill . But overall best kebab in Boro

Xmas Eve and A Sunday........but I really fancied fish and chips. So surprised to find them open and very busy..... a sigh op their popularity. Fish, chips and scraps with lots of salt and vinegar. Served hot fresh from the fryer and absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommended and I will be back for more.

I stoped getting food from here a while ago as the Parmos were getting worse my friend ordered one last night and it was the worst ever it was very thin and burnt and poor quality chicken. So there's a few more customers they've lost

used these a few times but today they were brutal. I ordered a large pork parmo, a can of coke, can of Fanta and a large garlic. when my food arrived which was slightly late when I opened the bags the garlic had come open and poured all over the bag., they give me tango rather than Fanta which doesn’t taste anything alike and my parmo was cold. the hottest part of my meal was properly the drinks. food was cold, drinks warm, garlic split open then food was late. don’t think you could tick any more boxes of what not too do for a delivery.

The food was 30 minutes late and cold on arrival.

The last couple of parmos from here haven't been to good but Sundays was the worst ever. They have definitely changed suppliers because the chicken was disgusting it was like eating rubber. Very cheap chicken I have been eating here for years. But that was my last ever takeaway from there

Absolute joke...food was 30 mins late, when driver got here, no appolgy for it being late, and when I told him food was late all I got was attitude. And low and behold food was cold. Thats the last time I'll be ordering from here.

Kebab meat was like rubber! Nan bread was hard and burnt Parmo burger was horrid ! Never put the dip in I payed for !

No garlic what was paid for and no salad normally spot on but a kebab isn’t a kebab without garlic sauce & salad

food was hot, got everything we wanted every one was satisfied and wanted the number for the shop.. highly recommended best we had in ages got shot Parmo chicken tikka kebabs all the trimmings and sauces 10 stars :-)

This place is great for variety, food was lovely and delivered early, driver was very friendly and polite which was great. Only negative is I think the curry is over priced for what you get, but will be ordering again.

Really good food cooked to order and really fresh can not fault this take away parmos are really good also.next time going to try Indian food if it's as good as everything else they do I will not be disappointed

Food wasn't as good as normal, parmesan had bones in but every takeaway is allowed it's bad days.

first time I have got a curry from here and probably the last time ... the rice tasted like it had been sat for a little while and tasted like the chips smell ( of lard or fat or whatever they are cooked in ) which kinda ruined the meal the curry was ok tho and had big chunks of chicken in ... the only thing I can say that was outstanding was the pashwari nan bread ... the rice really ruined the take away for me and sadly I won't be getting another curry ... I'll stick to parmos

Ordered a burger for my daughter and a kebab for myself. The kebab come with salad and chips and a freshly cooked nan bread which was far nicer than the usual pitta bread. The portion was big the meat was lovely and fresh crisp salad. Daughters burget come with chips and salad and a lovely coleslaw. Great service and lovely food in my opinion.

Ordered punjabi parmo. Portion of meat and garlic, food was amazing and an added bonus of chippy chips and coleslaw on the salad. Definitely ordering again

Normally they do decent parmo's but it came proper late, it was cold when I got it. The cheese was rock solid, had to blast in the microwave, shocking

Chips and kebab meat where spot in but parmo came undercooked and Luke warm, the last 2 I had where fine but the last one went in the bin.

Over a hour late after delivered to wrong address, was cold when finally arrived. Wish I never paid for it before it arrived

Ordered from here a few times now and staff are lovely and so is delivery driver. Food was amazing!! Defoz recommend the mixed grill. Thanks guys will be ordering again :)

Prices have gone up a lot and the quality is falling. If you are going to charge £13 for a parmo it needs to be superb. Mine looked like it had been run over. Cheese all slopped to one side like it had been tipped on its side. Pork was wafer thin. If you cant offer consistant quality food people will stop ordering. There are a number of top class places around that do pork parmos now so there is a good chance i will be switching if i get another bad one from you. Shame.

The food can be lovely I am normally a regular but it has been hit and miss lately also they have forgot items off a couple of times.

Really fast delivery! Driver did say shop was quiet at the time though, but still! Food was hot and tasty. High quality chili sauce!

The cans of coke were warm which is disappointing when your hungover and need that fix of coke with your parmo but otherwise good

Food arrived on time but stone cold and I had to heat it up in the oven maybe next time I'll get them to prep the food for me and I'll cook it myself... at least it will be hot...... not impressed is an understatement!!!!!!

Late and cold say no more if you live round the corner you will be fine but more than a mile forget it have a pot noodle instead

Ordered chicken kebabs following a recommendation. Excellent however I would only order one between two people in future as the portion is massive.
