Still waiting my food 2 hours now… don’t waste your money and time.!

Still no food 2 hours later after ordering then ring and she hangs up thanks it best be hot when gets here or if it does

Ordered food almost 2 and a half hours ago. Still waiting. Called multiple times and told it was 10 mins away. Still not arrived even after now 5 sets of 10 minutes away. Wish I hadn’t ordered now. Update: Food arrived 2hr and 35 minutes after ordering. Delivery driver was rude. Food was stone cold and boxes half open. Phoned up and was told “well what do you want me to do about it?” Then said “fine I’ll just give you a 20% discount from your next order if you really want.” Honestly, keep the 20% because I won’t be ordering from here again.

Delivery was 1 and a half hours late. Food was cold and pretty rank. Chips looked like they had been warmed up several times. Would have give it to my goat but even he shook his head. Avoid

Shocking service and delivery, highly recommend you don’t use. They had seaweed on their menu on Uber Eats, rang to say they don’t do this anymore, wouldn’t take it off the order and convinced me to get prawn toast instead, when it (eventually) arrived it was prawn crackers which won’t get eaten and are much cheaper than the seaweed they charged us for. Took over two hours to get to us, and we’re not far away and only ordered some portions of chips, rice and plain noodles. It was cold when it eventually arrived. Was lied to on the phone when I rang for updates on delivery time. Avoid!

Terrible service nearly 2 hours late. Food wasn't very nice ,sent wrong food.

Live nearby so placed order online & picked up. Food ready within 20 minutes & good size portions. Friendly staff when picking up.

Absalute disgraceful of a place ordered at half 9 it's almost 12 rang guy 40 mins ago he said can I get ten more minutes 35 pound paid and ordered somewhere else seriously people do not order from this place ql be definitely getting my money back tomorrow a had to give one star to leave q review but they don't even deserve quarter of a star

Excellent quality and value for money. The order was cooked really quickly and the dishes were delicious. If you are picking up, be aware it’s in a Chinese supermarket - in case you think you’re in the wrong place, you’re not!

Food absolutely stunk when it came. Pork dumplings where rank. Noodles where dry as sticks. Curry was thick as paste. Absolutely disgusting

Food tasted of oil that hasn't been changed in years. Awful. Even the chips were coated in black stuff from the oil. Noodles were unbelievably oily and again tasted like bad, old oil. Also the food was soggy because they put a plastic bag over the cardboard box so it steamed the food inside.

Food was absolutely amazing such a good price ! Staff and service were wonderful throughout our whole experience :) 10 /10 would definitely recommend will be going again shortly !!

The vegan megabox is incredibly addictive! Really enjoy their tofu dishes too! Nice to see takeaways catering to all diets :)

We order from here on a monthly basis- the staff are absolutely excellent so on the ball and friendly. The food is made quickly and to great quality and the prices are more than fair. Never ever had a bad thing to say about this place :))

this is honestly the best Chinese that I have ever had, definitely our go to. just finished up the best salt n pepper chicken I will ever eat. one time it came in 16 minutes, delivery drivers are always friendly. just love it really.

Totally recommend this place, the food is always delicious. I just have a COMPLAIN: please warn in your menu what dishes are spicy. I ordered this last time PAD THAI UDON, which doesn't say anything about being spicy, and it was so hot. I'm not used to spicy food and I'm feeling sick now. Thanks

Didn't even get as far as ordering, £12 for delivery....talk about taking your eyes out and coming back for the sockets!!!!

Tasted ok until we found a large maggot or similar in the duck meal 🥴. YUK This put us right off and will never ever use again .

Order for delivery. Delivery timing OK. I orded chicken curry with egg fried, salt and chilli chips, plain chips and noodles. My food came but not my main dish chicken curry. They said they would deliver it and will take about 20mins. 47mins later hasn't came rang them up its on there way now still hasn't come I have just literally got a phone call while writing this and it's now on its way. I'll tell you this now I won't be ordering from here again although the food was nice. Still waiting now

Early and nice and hot food was nice

Food came on time, but unfortunately most, if not all of it seemed to be frozen and reheated. I couldn't even eat the chicken wings because they had turned to mush. Would not recommend the food here.

waited 2 hours for wings dryer than a camels arse in the sahara desert, beef is 100% mystery meat, veg chow mien fully taxed by one of the workers, just wanted a dece chinese 😤

It took 1 and a half hour to deliver the food, which was consisted of 3 easily prepared appetizers. The food was cold and not quite fresh. I would never order from it ever again. Waste of money and definitely not as fast as they appear to be on Deliveroo's front page.

Absolute joke of a restaurant took my money when i ordered for delivery and then when it was due to be delivered said it was to far away to deliver and kept my money they are bunch of robbing scum bags

Food took over 2 hours to arrive which is horrendous. Why do you only have one delivery driver if you’re that busy? Completely baffling! Man on the phone laughed when we asked him where our food was. Told us on one call that the driver had left 15 mins ago and then after we rang 15 mins later he said he left 10 minutes ago. We got no straight answers from anyone. When the food did arrive the delivery driver was friendly and apologetic for the ordeal. The food itself was alright but we were that hungry we weren’t bothered at that point. Squid was mushy, fried rice was mushy, the spare ribs were the only thing decent.

I ordered tonight..very fast delivery..delicious food. They threw in extra minispring rolls and crackers because of slow delivery xmas day. Great customer service. Will use again 😬

The new member of staff that takes orders cannot understand my order, i have tried twice now and each time she does not understand so i cannot order anymore! PLEASE GET A NEW MEMBER OF STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND TAKE ORDERS! The food is very good from here, it is a shame that i cannot place an order anymore.
