Tried em once, never again. Not only because they are inflexible accepting only cash, but ordered beef bamboo had to be chucked away due to awful taste and very odd smell like from the chemistry lab.

Had to use this chinese as my usual one was closed. Not bad, but not as good as my preferred one. Aware that everyone is different and tastes vary, but when you're used to something you enjoy, it's a tough call.

I would never come back here. Chios look and taste like they have been cooking since lunchtime and the batter on the chicken balls is soggy. Never again!

Have ordered from this takeaway for over a year & never ever had a wrong order, Tonight i rang and it was a different story. New member of staff on the phone its usually a lovely girl, tonight it was a man who had zero customer service skills. & quite frankly shouldnt have been allowed near the phone he Spoke to me like i was actually muck on his shoe & then continued to say i lied about what i ordered after asking for a chicken chow mein no veg i recieved a portion of plain noodles, if i wanted plain i would have asked for plain noodles THEN he went on to laugh at me on the phone after saying i will now have no meal So i will now never ever order from here again shocking service.

I’ve used this shop for ages order same food everynight . I realised my food was wrong so I rang back up after saying they would change it the owner had the most horrible attitude blaming me saying it’s my fault when I never in a million years ask for this food I was in total shock I’m one of there best customer so I said if ur going to speak to me like that all not use u no more . I sat and waited for my proper order to come and nothing came I rang my friend who was at the shop and he could see the owner shutting up ten min early going home not even bothered sorting my order out . Foaming isn’t the word and thsts how he treats a regular if not best customer .

absolutely disgusting, couldn't even get teeth through the beef , ordered house special fried rice with carton of gravy but chow mein came will never order from there again .

Horrible was like soup with few bits of veg chucked in curry! never again waste of money Orderd time before and forgot some of the order thought we would give them another chance Not worth the money!

Friend lives quite close, ordered for pick up. Cash and bank transfer available as payment. Ordered food for 3 adults, came to just over £30. Chicken chow mein, slat and pepper chicken with fried rice and curry sauce and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. All really enjoyed it, flavourfull and will be ordering again. Thank you 😋

Horrendous. Woman on the phone thinks she has a god complex and won’t help to rectify food orders that she has got wrong. Wrong order sent. Food was freezing cold. Hairs in the food. Stains of other food on the cartons. Could t pay me to eat here again. I hope it gets closed down.

Been going here for as long as it's been open. Always good friendly service. Always a warm welcome from front of house and the food never disappoints. Highly recommend.

House special curry and chips was pure slop. Threw it out. Not only was the food horrible, it took a hour and a half to be delivered,Got to be the worst meal ever had. Do yourself a favour and don't go. There is better out there.

Roast Duck with Garlic from Kents Garden. No duck, just slimy greasy skin.(and I put out half a portion) Rang to give feedback, but only offer was to cook me another one. My stomach couldn't cope so I said no. Was told this would be passed to the Manager. I hope so as this is totally unacceptable. We won't be ordering again..

This is the best Chinese takeaway for chowmein ,but the service and reception you get when you go in is not nice. Very ignorant and doesn’t know how to smile.

Got curried king prawn and fried rice 3 times got it home ... looked good ... The rice was look warm .. prawns weren't cooked properly ... So they've lost my custom ...

Can be a bit of a wait so don't expect your food to be ready on time always over allow by 5-10 minutes for collection as the time your told isn't realistic, but overall its alright but definitely not as good as it used to be, we used to be regulars until portion sizes shrank and only go now when our usual is closed

I used to rave about this Chinese takeaway. BUT NOT ANY MORE. The food just isn't the same, burnt chowmein, prawns like cartilage, and the chips are like chippings off a log. Sorry Kents garden but somethings went wrong.

Been my local for 27 years, fantastic food

Food is disgusting, bought a munchy box which looked nothing like the picture. The rice was awful half of it was uncooked and the ribs looked stale. The salt and pepper chicken was just another story it looked like fried frogs legs

Staff are Very polite and friendly however ordered salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips and neither had any flavour of salt or pepper, both were quite bland.

Never again would l order here meal l got was beef curry all went in the bin .
