One of the best quality Chinese takeaways in the area. Food is always cooked fresh and to a very high standard. Nice friendly owners.

The chef at top wok is special the salt and pepper ribs are the best i have ever eaten a real treat

Excellent service, the food however was only just average. I order various dishes. However the BBQ ribs, special fried rice and vegetable fried rice was of a poorer quality than I am use to. Probably will stick to my usual Chinese takeaway restaurant !

Nice colourful restaurant, staff friendly polite and quick service. Crispy broccoli and aubergine very nice..would like to try crispy chicken next time...huge spring roll. £45 for two people. Had 5 dishes.

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS.... TO BLAME! Twice I ordered the same three items and twice New Lotus got the order wrong, missing items and then blatantly claimed he never heard me, despite repeating the order back to me twice, apparently to avoid repeating the SAME mistake, twice. Ironically they've got a picture on the counter warning customers to check their change, because they believe in accuracy, what a joke!

Sopa getable ordenados he 'después de que dijeron que era vegetariano. Sabía sospechoso así que les llamé y me dijeron por otro miembro del personal contenía pollo stock. Habiendo sido vegetariana por 20 años estuve impresionada por su actitud de complacencia. También nos enviaron mal el arroz. En otra ocasión me mandaron los rollos de primavera en lugar de seres vegetales carne, sólo descubrimos una vez que habían mordido en ellas. Me preocupa para personas que tienen alergias también si el restaurante no puede ser claro sobre sus ingredientes o productos. No nos pide de ellos nunca más.

This is a place I visit a lot. It's so delicious and the staff there are so lovely. I believe that if you try it once, you'll keep coming back. Try the fantastic dim sum.

Best Chinese resturant I have ever been to! You must ask for the beef ribs.. they are phenomenal. Great Service from all the staff, they were all so kind and happy to cater to any requests. Made me & my friends night

Ordered from here many many times previously. Ordered 2 deep pan pizzas but received pizzas that were incredibly thin, firstly they denied that they were thin and asked for pictures, after sending pictures they said the dough didnt rise properly today in the machine and it's not their fault, they then said they'd received multiple complaints about thin pizzas today but would still not refund me despite stating something was wrong with the machine/dough. Would not order from them again.

We enjoyed most things we had and found the staff to be of an ok level people. Prices are not too bad and clean cutulry and table. Would recommend for a evening meal.... If helpful please tick the box below. Ta
