Very bad customer service. When we call them they are rude. They argue too much and have no manners! Sometimes they take more than 1 hour for pizza to come. When people call back to ask about pizza they are rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience ever, made me wait 30 minutes and when i asked they didn’t even make the pizaa.

One of the worst pizza Gogos I’ve had. The pizza was so disgusting; overly salty, hardly any cheese on the pizza itself. Just covered in salty sauce. The wings were okay, not the best. I would not recommend this place. If you live close by to Barking. I’d say get pizza from the pizza Gogo there. If you’re ever in Croydon, they have the best pizza Gogo.

They use good quality ingredients however they lack consistency. Every time I visit the shop, I see new faces that prepare pizza for me which adds variation to the recipe. It puts me off when I don’t get the same taste every time.

Ordered a medium for the kids, hotdog stuffed crust. When I got home and plated up for them, they were not happy after a few mouthfuls. Stuffed crust was cheese!! Rang them immediately, and to my surprise, they apologised unreservedly stating it was indeed their mistake. The person on the phone took my address and within 30 minutes a fresh hotdog stuffed pizza was delivered!! Now that is what I call customer service 😁👍👌🍕 Kids happy, I'm happy as the first pizza ended up in the recycling bin. This is why I will be going back to Pizza Go Go, Gants Hill, Ilford Thanks guys.
