I ordered a bbq pizza, garlic bread and wings. Every single thing was horrible. The pizza looked uncooked and there was too much cheese on the garlic bread. Looked and tasted disgusting. My children did not eat it, everything went in the bin. I called Gants Hill branch, a guy said we’ve been serving all day, no one has complained. It looked like a dog had thrown up, they took it out too early and the bbq sauce was dripping off the pizza. Lost a customer for life.

Zesham delivered the food and was very friendly. Food was piping hot and tasted great!

I had a terrible experience with Pizza GoGo Ilford. The pizza I ordered was awful—the cheese had a horrible smell, the pepperoni tasted weird, and the overall flavor was unbearable. To make things worse, when I called to complain, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Completely unacceptable service and quality. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I got the gogo special pizza from the Gants hill branch an hour ago and opened it 10 minutes ago to get a bad smelling pizza. We tried eating it but the cheese was smelly, the pepperoni tasted raw and like it had gone bad. The pizza was inedible. I’ve been having pizza from gogo for the past 6 months almost every week. I know what the good and right pizza looks and tastes like there, and it is almost always amazing. This time it was disappointingly bad because I drove 20 minutes to go order and pick it up in store. I tried calling the branch but they said they cannot do anything about it.

I have been ordering pizza from pizza gogo from the past 6 months every week so I know when I say that i had just had the worst tasting pizza of my life. Its a 20 minute drive from my house which i covered to get a pizza that was smelling so bad that no one could eat past the first bite. The sauce smelled bad, the pepperoni was raw and so smelly as if the entire thing had gone bad. A very bad experience and discomfort as well at this time of the night with no cooperation from the branch upon compaining.

I was a regular customer and this is one of the best pizza I have eaten. However, the staffs are quite rude and also arrogant at times, especially having to wait long before taking order and also messing up the order and then expecting you to bear all this as a customer.

Th people are so rude and they don’t give a shit. They don’t want to talk even. I was waiting 5 min for order and after order I was waiting 25 min . I can’t imagine that I have to wait more than 30 min wait for a pizza. No more the shop..

These guys are a waste of space!!! When it comes to reporting a complaint, they don't give a shit. Guy says I'm busy with customers when I called up to complain. I'm also a customer. He couldn't take my complaints any longer and then decides to cut me off. Customer service is trash. Sort yourselves out or get new staff that actually value customers opinions and complaints.

Placed an order on a Saturday night. The restaurant was very, very busy, however my order was delivered hot, fresh and on time The driver Zeeshan checked that my order was correct. He was polite and courteous. What more could you ask? Very happy with the service. Would recommend to all

Hazan delivered to me fast and quick! very nice and the food was excellent

Every time we ask them to deliver at a certain time, for example 4pm, they always deliver at 4:30pm or 5pm. When we call to ask where is our order, they say it'll be with you in 5/10 minutes. Bear in mind, we make the order very early like 2pm and they still take the longest time to deliver.

Very bad customer service. When we call them they are rude. They argue too much and have no manners! Sometimes they take more than 1 hour for pizza to come. When people call back to ask about pizza they are rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

One of the worst pizza Gogos I’ve had. The pizza was so disgusting; overly salty, hardly any cheese on the pizza itself. Just covered in salty sauce. The wings were okay, not the best. I would not recommend this place. If you live close by to Barking. I’d say get pizza from the pizza Gogo there. If you’re ever in Croydon, they have the best pizza Gogo.
