Great place to dine. Clean place with clean toilets, nice food and great service. Reasonably priced. Parking can be a bit of a pain but safest bet is The Brewery or infront of Romford Library - both metered. I'd go again.

I sampled the dishes for the first time in view of ordering dishes for get together celebrations on Easter Sunday. This is a family business and the food served was delicious with good portions. There are wide range selections of filifino cuisines that I took so long to decide what to order for our party. The cafe is simple, but with a good atmosphere & the place was very clean & tidy. The service from the young man was very good & made you feel welcome. I met Edna (owner) who gave me a lot of confidence in selecting dishes to order for the party. I highly recommend the place to eat & meet up with friends. I will definitely have my lunch here when I’m in Romford.

Food great, cocktails great and service great, Charlotte was an excellent waitress, very friendly. Had a good time and we will return.

Last minute decision to have a Chinese meal and happened upon the moon Lee garden . Friendly staff , great fresh food and not rushed between starters and main . Would definitely recommend you try this place we are so pleased to have found a local restaurant which we can’t wait to return to .

Excellent takeaway used them for years, wouldn't go anywhere else now. The food is always good with generous portions delivery is good food is always hot.

This is a bit of a late review but a year ago, Hoi hosted my leaving dinner for my friends and family. I can't thank her enough for how hospitable she was before and during the event!! We sat and discussed the menu weeks beforehand and the whole process was so smooth. I would highly recommend hosting your event at Dragon Inn

We placed order hours in advance but delivery was almost 30 mins late. When driver finally arrived tried to deliver to neighbour and insisted it was not for us.

We really love this place. It's too far for delivery, but we'll get a takeaway from time-to-time for a treat. The food is really tasty and not greasy like other places. The chicken balls are nothing like I've tasted elsewhere and the crispy beef, to die for. It's a bit pricier than my local takeaway, but I rate it.

These guys are a total rip-off. Ordered 3 House special chow meins on UberEats and it was disappointing. It was filled with vegetables and gravy. The ribs was old & dry. The chicken balls were just batter and minimal filling. Chinese Takeaways have found a way to charge more and provide less in quality & quantity. I will never be ordering from here again.
