Everything about this place was great! Food was amazing and there was an incredible selection of cocktails. We were welcomed and served by Charlotte who was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. Do recommend for anyone who is looking for a vibrant dining experience!

Popped in for lunch. Had Chilli Squid for starter and Curry Goat Hash for mains. Service was impeccable by Lee, the food was top notch. A lovely dining experience in a great atmosphere

I was served by Charlotte she was very sweet and always checking up on us. I had the brown chicken curry which was amazing and so was the burger. Atmosphere was lovely and drinks were amazing could of had 3 more if i wasn’t so full.

Tommy made our first brunch experience exactly what we envisioned it to be. To say he was attentive would be an understatement and discredit to the amazing work Tommy put in. He recommended great food and fantastic drinks. Tommy went above and beyond and even took the initiative to preorder drinks for us based on our preferences. We will be back just have the pleasure of Tommy’s company.

Lovely food and service, had a few mock-tails which were really nice with food. For the people who do not tolerate spice but still want to go to Turtle Bay, the food is Caribbean so is spicy at least to an extent; probably not all but definitely most.

Cocktails and drinks are reasonably priced, cheaper than expected. Loved the food, salted caramel chocolate brownie was little dry, but cheesecake was lovely.

I want to touch on the food. The Achee n Salt fish rolls were nice. We paid extra to order from the very limited main menu. I ordered a seafood fish that was ladden with pepper not flavour. Coming from a Jamaican household I am not apologetic with spice, I love seasoned food. However this was just pepper. This was returned, I then ordered a stack burger which seemed very processed. Safe to say the food is not the attraction. Service after reading the above you would think I would never go back. Well I actually would! The Service blew me away. Nela our Server. She acted quickly about my food complaint. Our Coctails kept coming, without demand. We did not need to ask for refills she attentively checked our glasses. She was engaging and funny. I walked away forgetting how disappointing the food was and could only think how proud her Mum must be having raised such a delightful human. There was another Man, I think he was the shift Supervisor on 21/12/2025. He came over at the end thanked us for coming and gave us an extra Cocktails and apologised for my issue.

My best friend and I went for bottomless brunch on 22/12/24 and had a very pleasant experience. All staff were very attentive, especially Ethan, who always made sure we had our drinks and gave us excellent cocktail recommendations! Food was decent, brunch menu is quite small however you can order anything off of the menu for an extra £5.50. Will defo be returning! Thanks for the great experience :) x
