Ordered king prawn with green pepper and onions in black bean sauce with rice. One of my favourite dishes, when cooked nice. Unfortunately the dish here was mediocre. Not the worst, but also not reached the level of good in my books. Not sure what rice they used, not was not the usual I eat from Chinese places. Seemed not as good as the normal quality rice. Well priced for the quality you get.

It’s always difficult when choosing a Chinese restaurant that you aren’t familiar with. However we took the risk and believe me when I say: high risk, high reward. The food was sublime. We’ll start with the aromatic duck: whilst it comes uncut, you feel a sense of manhood cutting it up like it’s a Turkey on Christmas Day. So soft to cut and to eat. Alongside the cucumber, plum sauce and wrap created the perfect duck wrap. The chow mein was delicious and the portions were very generous! The same goes for the rice. I particularly loved the sweet and sour chicken which was complimented perfectly in the sauce it came in. Don’t get me started on the chips. The star of the show! Chips can definitely bring down the mood if they are poorly received whether that be too crispy or burnt or unsalted. But these chips were perfectly perfect in every way. If only the saying was ‘a bag of chips a day keeps the doctor away’! 10/10 will definitely be returning!

Jaimin and his team are amazing. The overall experience is fantastic. The food is delicious and the events space at the back is a Big WOW! perfect for intimate wedding, social events and networking gatherings. The event space offers a private bar with an area for up to 120 people sit down with a lovely terrace and natural light and modern, stylish furniture, If you need to organise an event with the London vibes you are definitely in the right place with knowledgeable staff which will make sure your event is unforgettable as every member of the team is very professional and polite. Highly recommended.

We ordered at 6:30pm, by 8:30 we was ringing as over an hour past the latest delivery time. Logged with just eat - they said contact restaurant …. Restaurant phone went straight to voicemail kept trying till 10pm and gave up as couldn’t get through and got food from somewhere else. 11.05pm comes and they turn up, I’ve asked delivery man to talk to manager via mobile as you can’t get through and I’m disgusted by the service, also I don’t want the food now. The lady on the phone doesn’t know I’m on speaker and goes why does she have an problem (bare in mind it’s 4.5 hours late) I speak to the manager who explains it’s been busy, we took the phone off the line so no calls could come in. I explained how that is ridiculous to still deliver food 4.5 hours later he should have called current customers explained and cancelled orders. He said okay don’t take the food we will take it back and we will refund you. They still took the money and said it was delivered at 11.05pm complete scam they know what they are doing.

Been here for years, if you’re looking for a good old chinese takeout that satisfies your cravings , this is the spot. The food is simply presented large portions and just tasty heartwarming food . I always get the house special chow mein if you want it extra spicy ask them to cook it in chilli oil!

I don’t understand how people enjoy eating this food to give it an overall Google review rating higher than 4*. The udon was overcooked, chicken was poor quality, and flavour was one dimensional despite choosing two chicken options + rice + noodles. I am glad I didn’t go for the sweet and sour chicken because it was very bright red. Service was slow at a lunchtime too.

After a day at the hospital, my son and my friend and i had thought we would like a chinese, so we opted to try Wei Dao, croydon after having a look at the menu , and was disgusted at the price of the rice at £10 !!! RICE A TENNER!! i was horrified, and then we found out that two dishes would cost £25 per head, and that woudl cost £75.oo without drinks, !! this is croydon , not lomdon, and its not even a top restauraunt! we walked out and i decided id never want to even try it as its noting but a huge rip off, and the restaurant was empty, anhow, im not st all surprised !! they can sitck their food and their prices in the cost of living crisis !!!
