The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Newark and Sherwood East Midlands

The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavour. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we've tried has been top-notch, my all time favourite being the chicken in Palembang. Fast service, friendly staff, and generous portions make this place a true gem. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

There was a time when we would always get our Chinese take out from KaHo but I’m afraid for the price there are better places to get food from. Their Singapore noodles are lovely but ribs are not the best. They are a little more expensive than others in the area sadly

After looking at some of the bad reviews I nearly drove further out of blidworth to get chinese takeaway, decided to give it a try first. Ordered 6 items off the menu and all were very nice. Would definitely give it a try before knocking because of other reviews. Normally very picky when it comes to food, but i couldn't fault it at all 🙂

Absolutely disgusting filthy hole . Food was disgusting and once I had been to use the loo I couldn’t eat anything more. I would hate to see in the kitchen 🤮

We recently had a takeaway from here for daughters birthday. Pleasant entrance and friendly staff both on the phone and at the counter. Sign saying phone orders only, you can pay by credit card. We had a large order with several dishes. Most were really good, the crispy aromatic duck wasn't quite crispy enough for me but the sweet and sour chicken in batter were excellent. Will use again.

Definitely the best Indian around

So me family usually really enjoy coming here to dine in , we get takeouts to which usually amazing but today, well wasn’t the case. Was my son’s birthday surprise fron his father. As we entered the young waitresses gave our family a filthy look (My sons partner where joggers so they was comfortable to eat as much as they like but not undressed in anyway) , not what call I Professional and was pretty rude from get go , older staff where lovely but it did ruin the vibe because of younger staff. Prices have risen but not the amount of food , smaller in fact , small shame pun intended (big shame) Need better staff and meals accommodate the price before we even consider going back again

Great food and brilliant value on the lunch menu on a Sunday. Would recommend visiting, especially on Sunday lunchtime given the value for money.

We visited to try the Christmas banquet menu and it was delicious. For £30 per person we got starters, duck and a number of delicious mains including honey black pepper chicken, sweet & sour chicken and Peking pork - all of which were amazing. Staff were fab too. Definitely recommend!

Shocking Christmas Eve service, pre ordered 12.45pm and delivery booked 7.10pm 7.15pm spoke shop they said driver just left!!!!!! 7.45pm no food me or another person called shop to find out they LOST OUR TICKET!!!!! Clearly money over orders and can't deliver on big nights which make big companies!!!!! Maybe don't open or limit orders and stop being greedy
