Very good food but no communication, just a number, not a customer.

DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY FOOD from a takeaway that doesn't care about their customers. Terrible food, total waste of £46.10. Luke warm, tasteless with sickly sweet sauces wrong sauce on the crispy chicken (which was soggy) prawn toast over cooked, ribs dry and tough with what seemed to be watered down honey. I went in the next day to talk about my order. A nasty unpleasant man who insisted that all the food was freshly made. When i ordered the meal it was ready in 10 mins! He offered me " a couple of dishes" as compensation. I refused because of the quality of the meal i was complaining about. I said id accept £30 as compensation/refund but he said no and offered just £20. I said about all the other bad reviews but he just said he didn't care about reviews.

The egg fried rice was bland, the crispy chilli beef sauce was watery, the bag of prawn crackers was smaller than normal & it was barely warm. I know food costs have gone up, but having increased prices & decreased quality/quantity is a bit rubbish.

Just got 2 house special chow meins & some barbecue spare ribs. The ribs (what there was of them) tasted nice enough, although I have never had ribs with so little meat. As for the chow meins, they were absolutely vile & ended up in the bin. Will definitely not use again & wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Tastes disgusting. Chicken wasn't cooked correctly. Definitely won't be getting take out from here again.

Ordered the food on Uber eats with the delivery time of 40mins. It took nearly 2 hours, when I rang for the second time the person started arguing with me as his delivery person went to the wrong house and somehow blamed us (our number is clearly displayed on the door, so I can’t see where the confusion was). The positives of this experience, is that that delivery guy was apologetic, and the food was still warm when it came. Please sort your customer service out.

Ordered crispy shredded chilli beef but got something else, everything else was correct, didn’t want to complain as I was hungry and ate some of the incorrect food anyway. Wasn’t as hot as it usually is, tasted good.

Crispy Duck was not crispy as it was submerged in a horrible sauce and all batter-no meat. Chicken curry ordered with onion and extra mushrooms - didn’t get any of them. Really poor value for money - won’t be having food from here again.

Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. Called in shortly after opening and obviously got the day befores leftovers warmed up. Rice disgusting. Chicken disgusting. Chips rock hard. Curry awful. I threw it all in the bin. Waste of time & money.

Always a delight whenever I order from Foo Lin, food is delicious and piping hot, delivery driver is very polite. Thank you :)

Haven't had a takeaway from here in a while as was never that impressed, but the meal last night was superb. Really fresh tasting and excellent flavours.
