We had a takeaway and as usual it was lovely, I can’t fault them in any ways. They are polite and always give you whatever the request is within reason.

food was of poor quality resulting in being sick - very oily and tasted like it had been reheated. witnessed the sweet and sour sauce being poorer out of a flask ???

Told me it would be an hour. Still waiting after 1 hour 40 minutes. I live 1 mile away. A 4 minute drive. Seems she lied about the driver having left already when I rang ten minutes ago. Let’s hope the food is ok when it finally gets here.

Ordered at 6.45 told it would be an hour 15 to hour and a half at 9pm no sign, Randy them to be told order had just left (we live less than 5 minutes away) at 9.20 rang again told it had just left and would ring driver and call me back - no call eventually takeaway arrived at 9.30. Driver said she’d only just picked it up. On opening bag free prawn crackers were missing, spring rolls and Chinese chips cold. All else just ok. Not a good experience really very poor customer service and food standard. They’ll lose custom at this rate.

We ordered food at 17.48 and told it would be an hour and 15 mins, 2 hours later the food turned up stone cold, when I rang and told them I was sending it back, they told me or would be another 2 hours. Not helpful and very rude. They lied that the food had just left the shop.

Got messed around. When ordering, was told an hour- hour 15 to deliver. Fine. An hour and a half goes by, politely ring again to check on the progress. Told the driver has left and is on his way. 20 minutes later, no delivery still. Ring again and say he should have been here by now, where is he? I was told the kitchen will ring the driver and see where he is, then ring me back. This never happened, so I rang again after another ten minutes. Kitchen again says they will ring the driver and get back to me. Again, never happened. Incensed, rang again ready to cancel. The driver arrived. Apologised, said he’d been behind all evening but the food is warm as he’d just left the premises. Rang kitchen again to negotiate reduced price for a shocking service, told the best they could do was a measly £3 off. Total joke. Food, when it arrived, was decent. They just lie through their teeth to you, trying to bide time in their lacklustre approach.

The best Chinese take away in town. Great if you fancy a Chinese food. It’s been there so many years, so you know it’s a good one. The curry sauce is out of this world.

Went to this takeway for a meal for the family its the worst Chinese food iv had bloody horrible full of oil half tubs of food not good wont be going again

Nice food and very quick service and Delivery the only thing i would say is get a card machine because if you want to order at takeaway last minuet you can only use cash which is not always convieniant.

We’ve used this Chinese a couple of times and today we ordered chicken wings, shredded beef and both was that tough we left it all it will never be ordering from here again !

The best Chinese in Loughborough, with fresh and delightful food. Staff are always helpful and very handy

I have used this takeaway for the last 4 years and tonight I received very poor service, the order was over half an hour late and when it did arrive it was wrong. Then they charged me more money to correct the order and took a further half hour to deliver. I will NOT be using them again now

Always Excellent Food served from this Chinese Takeaway. Easy to order by phone friendly staff. Usually ready when stated. The only improvement that could be made is they could offer a discount for collection and free prawn crackers when order is over a certain amount like other Chinese Takeaways do!! Other than that everything about this Chinese Takeaway is Good. Would certainly recommend.

Io e la mia ragazza una sera abbiamo provato questo posto aspettandoci niente di buono. Niente di piú falso: pasti completi per 2 persone per 5 sterline! E la qualitá era pure ottima! io ho preso del curry con carne e lei essendo vegetariana dei noodles con verdure. Ci torneremo di sicuro, non costa niente e ceni (take away) che è una favola. Le porzioni sono inoltre enormi, non potevamo chiedere di meglio, complimenti!

My review isn't based on eating here. It's based on my husband trying to order a take away for 4 people tonight. I suffer with Anaphylaxis and I am allergic to Nuts and Basil, which also includes Thai Basil. Seeing as this restaurant is listed as a Thai food place as well as Chinese, my husband asked the lady on the phone to check there was no nuts and Thai basil in the foods I was ordering. Also bearing in mind that on the front of their menu they state to "please inform our staff of any food allergies when placing your order." The lady on the phone could not have been more terrible in her lack of care and service. She didn't have a clue what basil was let alone Thai basil. She said ALL THE FOODS THEY SELL ALL COMES PRE PACKED AND THEY DON'T MAKE ANYTHING FRESH HERE so they can't vouch for ingredients. Appalled. Absolutely appalled. Firstly that they don't cook anything front scratch there. And secondly and most importantly that they do not have any capabilities for understanding food allergies. Disgusted! What a way to highlight someone's life threatening condition!!!!

Very good meal and also very quick to come out and be available to takeaway. This is probably the quickest and also the cheapest takeaway in thewhole of town

Been using mings for over 10 yrs and u can relie on their consistent hot and tasty authentic food . No others in our town compare well done mings and they have a 5 star council hygiene rating.

Pedí un plato para dos personas por teléfono y estaba encantado de oír que estaría lista en 10 minutos. No tuve que esperar más de un par de minutos después de llegar. No es fácil aparcar, ya que el lugar está justo al lado de un semáforo y es aconsejable aparcar la vuelta de la esquina y caminar de regreso. La comida estaba caliente y sabroso, pero las porciones de mi estilo cantonés dulce y agria pollo estaban bastante difícil el bocado y no ellos. El personal era amable y servicial respecto a hacer una selección del extenso menú. Sin duda volvería otra vez.

Great food all ways on time and the lady on the phone is all ways very helpfully lots of other places try to be as good but there not a chance this place can be beaten

Mings kitchen is an excellent Chinese takeaway. The food is always fresh, tasty and authentic. They offer an extensive menu and delivery service. If you fancy a decent Chinese order from mings

We live close and were very nervous to try it but we're glad we did. Really nice, fresh food and brilliant quality. It's now our go to place.

Spot on this place- and can safely say in my opinion this is a very good take-a-way and defo the best in Loughborough (and Quorn!) Never fails on any count-enjoy!

We were very reluctant to try this chinese take away but as it is very close, we decided to give it a try. We have never looked back! The quality of the food is fantastic, all tastes very fresh. It is never greasy and always piping hot. The portion are very good, always have enough for the next day! The service is very friendly and also very quick.They have an open plan kitchen and you can see it is very clean, which is reflected in their 5* hygene rating.I really cannot reccomend this take-away restaurant enough.

Typical Chinese take away but never really had a bad meal. Very consistent and fast. Never anymore than 10 mins for any visit I've made. Don't use anywhere else at the moment for our monthly treat of Chinese fast food.

We were recommended to try Mings Kitchen as a Chinese takeaway and we've never looked back since! We've tried various combinations of meals and they are fabulous every time! Portion sizes are great and the flavour and the taste of the food is restaurant quality - a big well done to the Ming's Kitchen team!

Amazing food-fast service lovely staff. Great prices too. Wouldn't pick any other place to get my Chinese takeaway from!
