The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

I swear by this place. I've lived in 3 different areas in Sheffield and each time I've moved, I have always travelled the distance because I will not go anywhere else. Ace food. Ace service. Wai Hong forever.

We had a lovely take away from this restaurant last night, this is the 3rd time we've used them and the food has been consistently good. It's also so nice that they have their own delivery driver, so you don't have to faff around on an annoying 3rd party app to get your food (normally cold!).- our food was delivered hot and on time, by an extremely well mannered driver. The prices are also very good- well done Li's Sizzling House, keep up serving us all lovely food with great service.

Without doubt one of the best chip shops around beautifully cooked chips lovely sausage and wow what a really tasty curry sauce highly recommend this one it's definitely on my map!!

Regular at this place. Normally all good. However an off chance I got home (2mins down rd) and rice was cold. I rang to inform them. But wasn’t until after I’d already emptied rice onto plate with curry over top I realised how cold rice was!! They were willing to give another rice but not curry? What good is that?!! (Not even an offer of a discount next time!! Absolutely disgusted with the service. However the lady on the phone done all she could to explain to those in kitchen my issue (thank you) It was like it had been microwaved - Which would be fine…but it was hot in middle and cold around the edges? However they insist it came from steaming hot pot? As I say normally fine but I feel completely shocked that this was their attitude towards a regular customer!!! DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTING… Needless to say I will certainly be on the look out for a different Chinese even if I have to travel further afield!! Customer service is Key!!! And I will certainly spread the word to locals how this Chinese ‘values’ their regulars!! Should be ashamed. All over some rice..? Really!!!

Food was bad very fatty beef chow mein full of Greece ordered off uber eats for the price I paid it was garbage. My order is like over £30 and I get crap fatty beef very little veg in chow meins

The woman who was taking the order was extremely rude!!! She got my order wrong but rather than speak politely & offer to change it, she began to raise her voice at me Infront of other customers. It was only a special fried rice, hardly worth the overreaction! I should have just asked for my money back. The gentleman who was served after me also commented on her rude tone. It's the first and definitely the last time I'll be going there. Plenty of Chinese takeaways in sale!

Despite the poor reviews I ordered from here. Was really yummy, pancake roll was great, really tasty, chop suey tasted fresh and crunchy, the ribs had plenty of meat on and were nice and long, rice was full of nice sized prawns and was lovely and the delivery was super quick. Overall very happy with our dinner tonight, Thanks New Diamond :)

Not what it used to be, I would not order again

Food is absolutely delicious, me and my husband have really enjoyed our food we had ,highly recommend definitely will order again

We have been coming here for over a year and we've always enjoyed our meals We normally have lotus special chicken with fried rice, king prawn in Cantonese sauce with boiled rice and king prawn in oyster sauce with boiled rice. Five stars from Pete and Toni😊

Ordered for collection, ready in 15 mins, meal for 5 of us. Great service and value. We had: Chicken with cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce, yummy Szechwan chicken, very nice Chicken curry, tasty Lemon chicken, lots of sauce Beef in Black Bean sauce, my favourite Singapore Chow Mein, fiery Sweet & Sour pork Cantonese style Large egg fried rice Singapore fried rice Chips Prawn crackers, FOC. All food was superb, see picture. We ate almost all of it, just a mid sized portion left for Sunday breakfast 😁 All in £58 Defo recommend.

Great food and lovely people, they are always polite and friendly, the best Chinese food in Cleethorpes. I really enjoy the menu and like to vary what I order, never get anything bad

Takeaway from Food Hub. Was on time.hors douerves .. seawood was okay. Ribs had to be thrown as no sign of any meat on any of them. Steak Cantonese.. way too much meat (I know I shouldn't moan) with a few onions and a small amount of thick congealed sauce. Rice was average. Also ordered lemon chicken and chilli beef.. both very average. Considering I personally only had rice and steak Cantonese was very surprised to find 2 very thin bones that if I hadn't been vigilant could have been really dangerous. Really disappointed. Won't be back again
