Food is good but really bad service

Absolutely awesome food definitely recommend

Always super fast, hot and tasty. It what I'd describe as a good "English" version of Chinese food. We've used them for years and have never been given the wrong dishes or had things missing. I'd highly recommend Wangs. Cash only in the shop for collection but card payment if you order online.

Tiene el ambiente de una tienda de comida para llevar. La comida era bastante buena, pero habíamos venido a celebrar porque era el primer día del Año Nuevo Chino y mi hijo había pasado un examen. No había nada que indicara que era Año Nuevo Chino. De hecho, el personal parecía muy desorientado. Íbamos a ir a Chinatown, pero era una noche de escuela y hacía mucho frío, así que decidimos quedarnos en casa. Pero el ambiente era tan sombrío, con música reggae fuerte sonando, que supe que tan pronto como entramos tomamos una decisión equivocada para la ocasión.

Just like any dim sum place in Asia, good and authentic atmosphere. Nice staff. The XIAO LUNG BAO is not good, not worth trying. The roasted duck ordered by my neighboring tables look really nice, if it’s reli good, I give another five star review

Last night I had dinner with my friends visiting from abroad and whom I haven't seen in 10 years. Still, we were pretty chill and didn't expect too much from this restaurant, just needed a place fulfilling multiple dietary requirements. But they failed miserably, and it was difficult to mask my utter disgust and fury when I was served chicken in my soup instead of tofu. They were tiny pieces mostly, we were very much engaged in conversations (after 10 years not seeing each other), so I only realised that I was served meet when I was halfway done. I have never been served meat by accident in London anywhere before! I've been vegan for many years, and I have 10+ years hospitality management experience from all over London - yet, I didn't want to make a scene but I expressed my utter disgust and disappointment to the waiter. We received no compensation whatsoever (that's the least I would have done! ) and I knew they were hoping not to make a big deal out of this. Well, I didn't, but I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who is vegan, vegetarian or have any allergies as based on this, they would have easily served nuts to someone with nut allergy. The food itself is mediocre at best and my friends were not impressed at all by this place. We will never come back here, and I advise you to look elsewhere too - especially if you are vegetarian/vegan.

Food is always delivered on time, hot and tasty. Staff are friendly too. Would highly recommend! Order from here regularly and have never had any issues.

Hardly any char Sui in and very bland

The stars are for the food only, complete lack of staff to cater to the amount of customers that are queueing out the door. One poor bloke run ragged on the bar. Chaotic.

Awful. Chicken fried rice was more like boiled rice and the chios were obviously re-warmed and rock hard. Save your money!
