Like many comments said, good staffs, terrible food. The Boba tea has no tea flavour, nor milk flavor. The tapioca pearl is not chewy as well. Pricey!

A very tasteless Chinese meal followed by severe food poisoning. Won't be going back!

Walk in customer at around 7pm. Order ready in 10 minutes, food hot and very tasty with good portion sizes. Friendly and polite service many thanks

We've had good and bad. Wouldn't be first choice. Edit - just saw this pop up on my history, how times have changed. Simply the best Chinese in town (in quite a few towns I would wager). Proper diced chicken used in dishes as opposed bought in pre-processed rubbish you get everywhere else. It can be difficult to get through on the phone sometimes but that's evidence of the quality and popularity of the place.

I have been a long standing customer here but wont be after tonight. Ordered a duck curry without mushrooms and duck in plum sauce. The curry came with mushrooms and the duck came with no sauce. Contacted the restaurant and had awful customer service. They accused us of lying, saying they sent the sauce and that we never asked for the curry without mushrooms (i know i did because we have a mushrooms allergy). Got cut off the phone twice with them when trying to discuss the order. Awful service!

Everything is swimming in slime. Tasted like old food warmed up. Even the flies wouldn't touch the left-overs.

Nice Chinese takeaways with authentic Hong Kong flavours. Reasonable price with good portion. Highly recommend

Absolutely love Lo-Lo Chinese! Been using them for years. The guy they have answering the phone is a breath of fresh air, happy, helpful..his telephone manner is spot on. Food always, hot and not too greasy like some we have tried in the past. They are more than happy to tweak things a little aswell, I don’t like onions so they leave those out for me.

Food was really disappointing, watery and flavourless, rice was over cooked, over priced, such a waste of money, litteraly just go somewhere else

We had a really tasty takeaway last night and I couldn’t fault it! Chicken fried rice was lovely and white and the food was hot. Delivery was earlier than stated in terrible weather. Well done!!

Fresh ingredients and generous portions! The fried rice is packed with egg, just the way I like it. Always a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal !
