Went to go there beginning of April it was closed the phone was disconcerted or dead ?? Then I saw a sign under new management but still not seen it open. It’s a pity food was ok from there

Without a doubt the very best Chinese takeaway in maghull . This is a real chef who makes his own prawn toast , Sui Mai (they are massive) & spring roll / dim sum. He cares about his food and it shows . I often just call ahead for a portion of Sui Mai with chilli sauce - the best around

Over the last 12 months Treeview has become our Monday treat. Food is freshly made in open to see kitchen. Portions are HUGE. Our go to is sweet & sour mix … we have abit of a drive & meals are still piping hot when we get home.. I cannot recommend highly enough

15 minutes to wait for a steak and kidney pie, and it was done in a microwave. It was absolutely nuked.

Never rated this place but decided to give it a go since it has new owners. They have quite good veggie options with tofu which are ok but the chips are lovely. Will probably go here more often now

Sadly tree view fell short of expectations. I hadn’t used them lately over the last 12 months, as there are a couple of takeaways near where I live. However, feeling like something a bit more restaurant quality, I decided to get our Saturday night takeaway from here as in the past it’s always been excellent. A bit more pricey than others but we didn’t mind as the quality has always been amazing from here. What a let down! I was so disappointed I almost wanted to take it back! Unfortunately the food was bland. Mushy. Gloopy. It was under seasoned which could potentially be just a reduction in salt or MSG used, so that’s fair enough, but no flavour. ... As an avid fan of hot and sour soup this dish fell well below par and I would hazard a guess that whoever made it used the dishwater and added some veggies and chilli. We also got a Chow mein dish. Yuk. BBQ ribs were ok. Dim sums ok. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

Stumbled onto this chippy after the one we used to go to went downhill. Nice chips, good food, friendly service and they take card payments. I don't know if they deliver

The food is always nice from here and the staff are always polite. There was a bit of a wait this evening but there was quite a few phone orders. With plenty of people ordering food, a little patience is required from time to time. But again the food is nice...

Salt and pepper boneless ribs, spectacular

Absolute joke, done a phone order and was told 20 minutes, arrived 20 minutes later to be told they are busy and will take longer ... had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food, get it home to find out it was wrong. Absolute joke

having read some very poor reviews I decided to try this takeaway. Had hot & sour soup, capital ribs, char sui foo yung, beef cantonese style, both with fried rice. and Singapore style vermicelli . It was all very good indeed - certainly as good as any other local takeaway. Would order again and recommend.

I have been going to tree view takeaway for over twenty years. Over the last year or so it has been going down hill, the food becoming more and more inedible I had stoped going but gave it another try big mistake worst meal I have ever had, had to throw away.

Used to be in my opinion the best Chinese in maghull but the quality has rapidly decreased, ordered salt and pepper chicken and recieved chicken and onion with no sign of peppers and salt and pepper chips but recieved normal chips which i can only assume was called salt and pepper as had salt and pepper shaken on to them. The only excuse for the quality of food today would be if the chef was allergic to peppers.

Used to be such a nice chinese but its went massively downhill!!!!! Ordered salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips got home to realise they hadnt even put any peppers in so I took them back as they were making "fresh" for us which it actually wasnt they sneezed over the food in the kitchen as you can see out back this made me very angry!!!!!! Will not be going back here again such a shame and waste of money even a one star is putting it nicely!!.

Omg we paid 18pound for food last night an binned the lot. The prawntoast had been in the fat for an hour. The sui mais had boiled bacon in them an salt an pepper chicken wings where just crispy fat no onions on them an soup like dishwater. Wat bit i did taste put me in bed feelin ill

This Chinese takeaway used to be one of the nicest in Maghull but must have changed the chef in the last couple of months as there has been a noticed deterioration in the quality of the food. The food used to have flavour and taste and "proper meat" but now the food is bland and the meat certainly isn't proper chicken or beef (I dread to think what it is). The last takeaway we got from there was about 3 weeks ago and we spent over £35 yet ended up throwing most of it away it was that poor. Shame as I've previously said it was one of the nicest takeaways, yet now I wouldn't feed the food to my dog.

Visiting my mum and thought of getting us a little Chinese, always went to this place when I lived here; we ordered sweet and sour chicken (Luke warm), salt and pepper chips (gave us plain) and chicken foo young (tasted burnt). Won't be going back!

I ordered a chicken curry for my daughter as she remembers it from a while ago as being delicious. She wasn't disappointed. Tasty she declared!

Recommended to us by one of our neighbours, this takeaway is worth the drive from Melling. You just need to phone through your order and it will be ready on arrival. I recommend the Special Chowmein in particular

Decent Chinese, not the greatest for English chippy stuff, like fish etc, but the Chinese meals are ok,

got a Chinese from here to celebrate our daughters birthday, firstly they got the order wrong so we had to return to collect the missing item, the prawn crackers looked and tasted like they had been cooked the previous day, the sui Mai's had fallen apart, the specials said they contained duck but whatever it was didn't look or taste like duck, the cashew nuts were burnt the chilli beef was soggy....I could go on and in but basically it was terrible and there are far better Chinese's in maghull, have not been here for years prior to this and shall not be returning

We only use this takeaway now as others have often disappointed, but never this one. Best to telephone order through then collect later.

Love this Chinese. Best tasting around...we've always gone there and never had any problems with the food. Only issue is sometimes you can be waiting a long time.

Been here a few times and always been pleased with the quality of food...until now.Our food was quite cold, gone are the days of free soy sauce and prawn crackers, and gone are the days of decent food!I had sweet and sour pork. I had to do battle trying to cut through the meat and in the end simply gave up.We had got this to kick off celebrations of an anniversary weekend, what a mistake!

Good all round Chinese, great capital spare ribs.
