The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

We chose here because we had a nice meal last time. Bitterly disappointed as food was luke warm and poor quality. Crispy chicken in orange sauce was however divine. Just a verbal apology notany discount or freenies for waiting over an hour.

The food was just average, soggy chips, prawn crackers soft. The mixed appetiser was good and chicken dishes were okay but not the best unfortunately.

This is the best Chinese takeaway in Cardiff. So tasty and even the prawn crackers were still warm when the food was delivered. I've ordered twice so far and both times I couldn't believe how tasty the food was. Definitely my favourite Chinese takeaway. ❤❤

Mi comida favorita. He estado ordenando desde aquí durante años y ordenado en su lugar. El lugar es muy limpio y ordenado, además el personal es muy amable y acogedor. Siempre encuentro que es una buena experiencia además de conseguir mi deliciosa comida. La comida siempre está caliente y deliciosa. Nunca me han decepcionado, y he probado muchas de las opciones del menú. Recomiendo totalmente pedir aquí, en la tienda o en línea. No te decepcionarás. La mejor comida china para llevar en Cardiff.

Tried some take aways Chinese being our favourite .Salt and Pepper House Booker Avenue 10/10 Authentic Chinese food as good as any restaurant in China Town.Friendly helpful staff can certainley recommend this meat spring rolls amazing Gung po King prawn fabulous and tried special chow mein tonight omg to die for all the meats were so fresh and lovely fresh vegetables well done to them

As always Hot Wok never disappoint, great tasting food, the chicken ball quality has never been better, so much meat, and for me, such great portions, there are always plenty of leftovers but, again, that would depend on how much you eat! And I stated the meal was early, the delivery time was between 65-80 minutes, it arrived after about 55-60 minutes, we are very close though!

Very poor service as they will only deliver when the restaurant is not at all busy- declines my order every single time.

We came here as a family of 6 for belated birthday tea for my mum, and our expectations were exceeded! I came here a few years ago and was blown away by the food, and finally got round to bringing the family along as well. Booked a table few days prior, text confirmation, and staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. We opted for the banquets rather than individual dishes, and we felt that there was plenty of food - so much so we were able to take some home. Staff were very attentive, always asking if we wanted more drinks and also cleaning the table inbetween courses which was appreciated. The food was divine! the starter plates consisted of ribs, seaweed, beef dumplings, prawn toast and spring rolls. This was served with small bowls of sweet chilli sauce and sweet and sour sauce, more was brought out when requested. Duck to follow, crispy and flavourful. We had an array of main dishes, the sweet and sour prawns were delicious, as was the spicy chicken. We felt it was incredible value for money, and there was enough food to feed a village (hence why we have had it for lunch today!). I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, a true gem in the heart of eccles. Thankyou for such a special night!

Located just up from Bromley South station we came for an meal on a Saturday evening, first ever visit, and found a table surprisingly easy.I say surprisingly because I'm not sure why this restaurant isn't more busy. The service was spot on, friendly, efficient and fast. The menu choice was very good but obviously the pan Asian theme runs throughout, quite alot of dishes use some form of chilli ingredients. The food itself was very nice, absolutely loved the sesame prawn rolls and soft shell crab though. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. *Second visit* Still great, still had the same starters, but for main I had Thai green prawn curry this time, absolutely gorgeous. STILL worth checking out. *Third visit* Still brilliant. Lovely food, great service, good prices.

The food was sooooooo good! Aden went above and beyond for us telling some good food to order. The drinks were lush and everything was so cheap. The portions were huge we couldn’t even finish it all. Perfect way to start our marriage at this beautiful family run business. Thank you!
