ended up having to drive to pick it up after ordering on just eat since they wouldn’t answer their phone and over an hour late!!

Not even been delivered had to order from somewhere else.

Food was lovely and plenty of it,still warm when it arrived will definitely be using again

The chicken balls and chips where in the same container and when i turned it upside down it came out the same shape as the container the chips where chewy and the chicken balls where soggy.

A wee bit more spring onion with the crispy duck and pancakes please 👍

Spent £30 on a delivery and the food was lukewarm when it arrived. Just eat txt when the food leaves the shop and my food arrived 35mins after that so thats how long the driver must have had it in his car.

From placing order until delivery took a terrible amount of time I could've gone to shops bought ingredients and cooked myself quicker. It arrived eventually luke warm and rice with sauce was congealed. Straight in bin!

Waited over 1hr30mins for delivery, food came cold & chow mien was dry & chips were inedible, juice order missing completely!!!

Working out of the area and ordered from here., amazing.. food was piping hot.. tasty and reasonably priced.. will be ordering again.

Delivery time was spot on, chicken balls were lovely! Only thing was that I expected the salt and chilli chips to be quite crunchy or like normal chips at least. These ones were very soggy - ate one and had to bin the rest :(

Delivered ahead of estimated time, hot and large portions. Chips were a bit weird, seemed to be reheated, so not the greatest.... soup and mains were tasty though.

Been a while since we've eaten here as we were actually going elsewhere for our Chinese but we're so glad we came back as we forgot how delicious it actually was :) and it arrived super early. Why did we ever go elsewhere?

Great value for money and food was brilliant

pre ordered before restaurant was open and was confirmed the collection time would be 16:25, still wasn’t ready at 16:45! Phoned the restaurant to be told it was really busy but they confirmed the time of collection!!!

I waited 1hr 15 mins and the noodles were sticky, tasteless and a just the normal veg you get in a chow mien I thought I would at least had a mushroom considering I ordered vegetable chow mien at nearly £6

My meal didn’t arrive til over 2 hours after it was ordered. I sent it back as I was going to bed. I would like a refund please

The food was lovely apart from the fact it was just warm had to heat it back up delivery time was awful waited 1hour and 45mins so would put me off ordering again unless this could be rectified.

Took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver, all food was cold and tasted stale. Tried calling the restaurant to see if this could be remedied however after line rang out four times I gave up! Will definitely not be ordering again

Food on time but an hour long waiting list. Salt n Chilli chicken breast was dry and over battered.(Makes you question if you ordered chicken or batter) The chicken sweet corn soup lacked any chicken or sweet corn - I think I found one sweet corn and the rest was just a starchy sweet mess. This place was recommended to me by a friend, I think they'd be OK but don't count on any late night orders being on par with the rest. Very disappointed.

This was the first and last time I shall be ordering from this takeaway! Food arrived early which was good but it was lukewarm for the distance it traveled it should have been hot but it was virtually cold. The sweet and sour chicken was inedible the sauce was very thin and bitter it just tasted of vinegar it went straight into the bin the other meal was dry and cold. Not a pleasant experience and it won’t be repeated worst sweet and sour I have ever tasted.

I asked for one of the snack boxes and never got chips or sauce with it waste of 8.50 just for chicken that never got touched cause it was dry

Food was great beef curry was nice

Couldn't decide on a meat between us so ordered a vegetable chow mein for a change. A packet of noodles with some water chestnuts added has burnt my love for this takeaway. Expecting maybe some broccoli florets maybe some shaved carrot or courgette. No. And an hour and ten minute delivery for a two second flash in a wok. Hopefully restaurant contacts me after this review with an opportunity to prove themselves as I loved their food until now. Or I can buy myself plenty of noodles when you give me my tenner back. Sorry but disappointment.

Absouloutley brilliant food and deliverie service only Chines we use in hamilton would totally recommend if your looking for a good Chinese food portions are great and the deliverie driver is the nicest man you could meet 5 stars all the way 🤗

Curry was lovely so was the soup but the spring rolls were very greasy, was over an hour late and forgot my can of Fanta

This is the 2nd time I ordered through just eat to collect my food and on both occasions the order had not even been ripped off the machine so therefore they hadn’t even started cooking it and then when I went home they had gave me the wrong order. Just eat app is great and I have had brilliant experiences from other restaurants but not happy garden.

ordered fried rice and chips with gravy which was nice and enjoyable. however in order to meet delivery I ordered a can of irn bru which I never received which is disappointing and is technically 50% of my order. sad day when you forget the drink, don’t know if it was the order or the delivery driver but nonetheless, wasn’t received. Food I had was really nice though.

Food was in edible chips that soggy the bag fell apart trying to take them out the bag rice was over cooked and sauce had puddles of condensation on top staff are cheeky and have no customer service when you call them and refuse refund only decent thing is the really nice delivery driver always polite and apologetic if order taken a while but don’t order from them

Ordered food at 9:20, JustEat said it would arrive by 22:40. Upon delivery the food was lukewarm. The waiting time is understandable as it is a busy time of the week and that we can forgive but this doesn't justify why the food was cold.

Delivery is usually earlier than stated but that's always fine by me. The vegetable pancake rolls were a tad overcooked this time but the rest of the meal was spot on 👌

This was the worst Chinese meal I have ever had!! We have ordered from here before and never had an issue but last nights was so poor!! We just arrived off a flight absolutely shattered and hungry so on way home I ordered a take away for it to arrive just after we got home. The dinner arrived as planned but when we tasted it the chicken was awful!! We had sweet a sour chicken balls, the batter was nice and crispy but the chicken was rubbery and could have bounced, we also had breast of chicken fried rice and the chicken was vile it had big brown and red veins running all through it. I am funny with meats and always order breast as I can’t touch it unless it’s all white meat and unfortunately I couldn’t eat any of it! The chicken was rubbery like it had been boiled to nothing. I was so dissapointed and my husband agreed with all of above. It all went in the bin. So sad but won’t be using here again!

We ordered 2 chicken sweet corn soups and they were so thick and of a thick jelly substance, one apprehensive lick of the spoon was enough.they both went straight to the bin. I’m sorry I won’t order again

First time trying here as usual place isn't hitting the mark. Enjoyed first meal from here, arrived on time stated, was piping hot, tasty, good sized portions and fairly priced. Delivery but was very friendly. Big thumbs up and we'll definitely eat from here again.

usually order from here but tonight wasn’t that happy. chicken noodle soup wasn’t it’s usual same nice self and the noodles the were thick and in general just wasn’t happy with my meal tonight 😩

Told me the dumplings were vegetarian, bit into a giant prawn. Missed an item as well. resteraunt insisted I didn't ask about whether there was meat in the dumplings however I had been thinking about dumplings for the whole day so I know what I did and didn't ask about.

Food is always great and delivery man is super sweet and kind. Never had a complaint. If there was ever a delay they always apologised .

The delivery was on time however the food was quite cold. The sauce on the chicken was like a vinegar water and made it pretty much inedible. Shame as food normally good from this restaurant so was disappointing

Food was horrible, we always eat from here but the last few times it’s went downhill, just no consistency at all, curry sauce was to hot, ribs rubbery, rice undercooked chicken bites over cooked, and chips cold, what a waste of money. I doubt we will eat in here for a while.

food was tasty enough but we didn’t get what we ordered. I ordered curry puffs and did not receive them - however we did receive pancake rolls and wantons - neither of which we ordered. then the delivery driver told us they shouldn’t have accepted the order because we live too far away?? (we live 1.5 miles - a 12 min drive) and he forgot to give us our juice so I had to call the restaurant and speak to a woman who could not understand me at all. we eventually got our juice. quite disappointed considering we spent £40

only reason on time was because the takeaway shop are allowed to update delivery time which was over an hour by which time food looked and tasted over cooked and noodles were mushy
