Wonderful Chinese & Thai in City of London, Westminster

We chose here because we had a nice meal last time. Bitterly disappointed as food was luke warm and poor quality. Crispy chicken in orange sauce was however divine. Just a verbal apology notany discount or freenies for waiting over an hour.

As ALWAYS the food quality and taste was great! However the late delivery let it down on this occasion. When I called the restaurant staff were polite but a courtesy call from them or a gesture would have been nice . In fairness, this the first time that its ever been late, so I would certainly order from them again.

One of the best take aways we ever had. The Singapore Chow Mein was divine - really authentic. Dim Sum also amazing. Couldn't recommend it more.

The food is very tasty I order before from this restaurant in person and I like the way they cook you can see the kitchen from the counter as it's a open kitchen the staff there is very friendly place is very clean and food very tasty will be my Chinese take away of choice always

ONE TO AVOID. Sent pork noodles rather than Chicken as ordered. When called, they were very rude saying no it can't happen, denying the fact that we actually have food in front of us and can see its pork. Worst we have EVER ordered from.

Food was delivered so quickly and for the distance, it couldn’t be freshly prepared. Over priced as well in comparison to other restaurants and didn’t even get free crackers. I will not be ordering from them again ☹️

The worst Chinese we have had everything advertised as crispy came either not battered, soggy and wet. The satay chicken had no peanut taste or texture what so ever and too sweet with more pineapple in it than chicken. Simply would advise no one to order from there not a good quality product and no where near value for money the worst £50 I have ever spent

It may be my fault, but I asked for more flavour in my chow mein and they gave me tonnes of spices!

Greasy food, really dry and tasteless lamb with a sealed bag of crepes from a bag.. Very poor quality.

The beef curry was awful & tasteless. The sauce was a light yellow runny mess. Was always thick dark brown in the past and full of flavour. Special fried rice was okay. There food has always been pretty good but really gone downhill.

Will not be ordering from here again.. all food texture felt like my meal was re-heated. Not very nice at all.

One of the best Chinese meals I have had. It has got a 5 on the food standards agency rating which is something I also look for. I don't think just eat should advertise establishments below a 3.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Chips cold and soggy and the beef curry tasted like it had soap liquid in it. And trust me I never moan but this prompted me to leave a reply. Never ever again!!!!

Please speed up the delivery time

Shop was closing in 10 min so what they did was accept my order and give me cold left overs. Absolutely disgusting and won't be ordering from then ever again.

The food was awful. Wouldn’t even bother writing a review but it was that bad that I had to say something. Tbh would ask for a refund if that was possible as I threw half of it in the bin.

Fantastic! The best Chinese food around. Totally delicious and brings happiness to me whenever I eat it. The Tom Yum soup is the best I’ve had in England, there’s a gorgeous smokiness to the chow mien dishes, even the prawn toast is delicious. Fantastic!

I don’t normally comment on take away food but for once I felt I had good value for money with good and enjoyable food.

I paid £3.30 for a bottle of coke, but ended up with just a can of Coke! so not happy with that at all

Disgusting. They put pork in my meal after requesting no pork. When I called, the lady said the chefs don’t read in English (not an acceptable reason). And she hung up the phone.

The idiot on the phone was rude and useless, I ordered for 7.30 and received the delivery at 7, she had the nerve to ask me "why is that a problem?????" Seriously? Never heard of customer service?????? Wrong dish and missing items. Worst Chinese ever. Don't bother. Let them starve. Rude idiot.

The food was good, although one of the dishes came wrong and considering I'd only ordered three dishes, I was surprised/bemused that they'd managed to make the mistake

the food from this place is always great, but it wasn’t as fresh this time as it has been in the past. I think I will use Uber eats to order next time as although it’s more expensive, it comes quicker and is therefore fresher. really great food though

No flavour feel like I wasted my money. Beef curry was awful. Didn't like any of it. I usually can't go wrong with butterfly prawn but again no flavour and weird texture awful. Waste of £30! GUTTED!

Delivery was awful! Received a text at 23:20 saying it was on its way and I didn’t get it until 00:15 had to stand in the snow in the freezing cold for 20 mins because the driver couldn’t find me and he was very hard to communicate with and I couldn’t help him because he wasn’t making it clear where he was to me. Food was cold because of this but when re heated was ok

Me and my girlfriend decided to order from here because the place we were going to order from wasn't delivering at the time and we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted great and was of a good quality. This has now become our favourite Chinese food place and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

Food was ok, have ordered from here before always a bit hit and miss. I ordered a large sp rice and a small duck chow mein, but portion sizes were exactly the same. Beef with cashew nuts only had two cashew nuts , that is no over exaggeration . So in all was quite disappointed and felt a bit ripped off.

Worse restaurant I’ve ordered from. Inside the duck there was little pieces of bones, the noodles were not done properly and they were 20 mins early. Food was old and not cooked at the time it was ordered. 🤢

Disgusting service, food was disgusting and cold, had something missing and they refused to believe this and was made to pay for something I didn't get

So many problems- food arrived on time but had missing items, was told we would have to wait 45 mins so should just get a refund... I then had to organise the refund for the missing item myself with justeat because they were too busy. which I was then informed takes 7 days..... the food that did arrive was mostly inedible, overcooked or simply left under a heat lamp and tasteless. appreciate it’s a busy time of year but no excuse to let food that quality leave the kitchen.

Have eaten from here many times. The beef curry just wasn’t as good as normal. Beef very tough and very watery sauce. All curry arrived almost stone cold. Disappointed tonight.

not the first time they are bring absolutely different order! pouts instead of say sorry when you call them they haven’t give you a chance to talk which will not make that much problems, they make you as it is your fault but you paying! really bad company on they own mistakes!!!! so be ready on one order to take another one and the are don’t give you a moment to talk and explain!!!!!! The worst service ever!!!!!

Decent food, early delivery - However I was charged £1.50 for delivery despite ordering over the minimum amount. It never stated that I should be charged and didn’t want to leave the driver out of pocket as it was printed on the receipt. Bit of a con adding 10% on top without mentioning it on the just eat bill

Ordered set B1. Received duck main as a lunch box (rice and meat) as well as the portion of rice.. So not much meat, think it must have been a mistake, otherwise wouldn't order it again... Very dry :(

I specifically asked for no egg and they still gave me egg! What if I had an allergy? Disgusting!!

Have ordered here a few times. Hit and miss but this time 2 hours to get food from 1 mile up the road. They lied about when food had left and then got one dish wrong. So won't be calling again I'm afriad. I think the quality depends on the chef and I think they have a few.

We spent 60 pound on food. The quality and quantity was very poor will not be ordering from here again. Boxes were only half full and the food was not as expected and was of poor quantity.

Having had good food from here before a few months back, we were really disappointed with our order tonight. salt and pepper prawns not hot and egg fried rice gloopy with no egg. Sweet and sour chicken not crispy either. We won’t be using this take away from now on.

food was horrible and wrong they did resend the correct order but was still very disappointing will never order from them again worst Chinese I’ve ever tasted. I order the special fried rice but it was like a roast dinner with rice it included broccoli parsnips and carrots was very disappointed.

Always good food and complimentary crackers/soft drink or veg spring rolls. We have not been disappointed yet!

Despite confirming an 8pm delivery, order finally arrived just after 8:20 after 2 calls from the delivery person. So one of us waited outside. Post order even confirmed as 8pm. I'd call this a bit cheeky. Also, one of the meals ordered was a duck in plum sauce, but when this turned up it was a pineapple and chilli sauce. I questioned this with the restaurant who informed me that some Chinese restaurants make plum sauce that way. I suggested they call it duck with pineapple and chilli sauce when they do that and asked for a refund. Advised this might take a few days as all they can do is email JustEat. One off my list then. Shame.

Chowmein was tasty and healthy (not fatty or too liquidy). I'd order again!
