First time trying here came on a Thursday had the most amazing meal so fresh & tasty ! Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time staff were so friendly & welcoming . Best ribs & pancake rolls can’t wait to book again for sure Was recommended to us and couldn’t fault this restaurant

We haven't been for a while as since owners changed we have felt the food was just not as good. However we picked up a takeaway last night and it was in a different league. the food was amazing. Fresh, tasty, good ingredients. Lets hope this is the way forward. I hope local people try this place again as we did - as all the restaurants in Richmond need the support of locals.

One of our all-time favourite Chinese restaurants, Forum House is consistently excellent with really great food. We're happy to drive the 20 minutes it takes us to get to Great Shelford to eat there. Our favourite dishes are the salt and pepper ribs and calamari starters. The salt and pepper aubergine is also addictively good, as is their garlic Pak Choi. Service is always welcoming and professional with staff who remember you. It’s been in business for around 30 years for good reason, I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

First time here, my friends who's been coming here for almost 30 years took me, and it didn't disappoint. The fact that they are returning customers for such a long time speaks for itself. In here you can bring your own alcohol, and shop next door has a great selection for good price so that's very convenient, which will bring your bill considerably lower if you are paying just for food. The food is very tasty and cooked to perfection. Simply put, this is a fantastic Chinese restaurant that you will be coming back to again and again...

Absolutely rubbish, went with family thought of great food. The starters are from previous day's. Mains are okay hence 2 star. The service and counter lady is useless asking us to pass the plates. Won't go again. As I too from same place thought of having great food and service. Which is utterly failed. Bad experience with family.

Went here for the first time last weekend. The owner is amazing, wait staff very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. Cannot make any fault with this restaurant and will recommend highly.
