3 of us came in for lunch on day trip to the NMAand after doing the land train we came in for lunch and we were very pleased with the food and service

A great addition to a day's exploring at the NMA. Food in the restaurant is all home cooked. The menu changes on a daily basis and the quality of the food is first class and great value for money. Staff cannot be faulted

Great choice of home made cakes for a sugary treat, and a very well managed process to keep your distance during Covid. Plenty of outdoor space (tables & chairs) in the courtyard.

Visited the arboretum on a cold winter's day for coffee and cake and we were so impressed with the restaurant that we went back on our way home to the north east the following day for lunch. We enjoyed two for one fish and chips which was freshly cooked, large portions and delicious fresh flaky fish. Excellent quality and value for money.

Was really looking forward to a Sunday roast at this restuarant during Armed Forces weekend. 2 choices of meat - pork or beef - and only 1 slice ( of one or the other ) per person. Not good enough. If you wanted pork, which was quite fatty, you couldn't have a yorshire pudding. How mean is that ? The stuffing balls were hard. The veg was good and this bumped score up a touch For £9-95p felt it was poor value for money and shall go elsewhere in future. Not really enough room behind the counter for the servers - They were struggling a little

Really well laid out servery, food was better than I had expected and really reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly with a smile for everyone. Excellent visit

Beautiful surroundings in the National Memorial Arboretum, food is superb and very reasonably priced. Home made puddings are delicious!

The roast was succulent and fresh. The meal was extremely good value with a good selection of vegetables. With home cooked puddings, it was £9.25.

Absolutely horrendous visit to Ruby restaurant this evening! Service was terrible, waited ages to be served, waited ages for food, only for it to come out cold. We was only a small table in consideration to bigger parties but got overlooked time after time. Had to ask for menus, clean cutlery and for our order to be taken. Definitely won't be returning, shame cause it was lovely every other time we visited 🤦 if it wasn't for the mother in law having 2 foot legs we would of done a runner 🙄

1 Coleshill streetOrdered meal was delivered but container opened in delivery transit spilling over order. Driver took back and expected a new meal however same meal sent out with replacement sauce which had spilled. Meal cold so called restaurant who said would replace. This duly came however when opening not all meal was sent. Another call to restaurant to advise and was told they would send the driver back to collect meal and issue full refund. Waited approx 40 mins to ask what time the driver was going to collect meal being told they had decided not to collect and would issue the refund without. I advised would throw on dustbin which duly did. Receive email today saying only the soup would be refunded as l ate another meal from the menu which is incorrect so called tonight being advised a call back from manager. Waited over 30 mins and called again being advised by the cashier lady the manager was too busy and would call back around 8 when it goes quiet. However she called again saying had spoken manager and he said as they delivered part meal they would not refund. Have requested he call me back so will see Would recommend not to use such a bad restaurant where customer service means nothing and looking at the reviews the meals seemingly getting bad reviews
