This is the best Chinese takeaway in Cardiff. So tasty and even the prawn crackers were still warm when the food was delivered. I've ordered twice so far and both times I couldn't believe how tasty the food was. Definitely my favourite Chinese takeaway. ❤❤

I am reviewing an order from last night Friday 10th March 2017 The hot and sour soup tasted off The chicken satay was tough as old boots The salt and pepper prawns were far too salty and I love salt The prawn crackers were just cold Will never order again

Awww gutted that you stopped including pineapple in the "sweet box" !! Had to pay extra which bugged me. Also I don't know what happened this time with the noodles but tasted waterlogged or over cooked :-/ usually unbeatable, sorry xX

I always used this take away on my way home at night but the food quality is dropping. Curry sauce in the chicken curry much too thick and the quality of the chicken has gone down.

Good food, poor customer services and deliver times

The beef in the curry was inedible it was as tough as old boots. Won't order that again everything else was fine. Garlic sauce was excellent .

Really great food. Arrived within 20 minutes, really good value for money.

We've ordered from Eat Well a few times before but will certainly not be from now on. Absolutely appalling customer service from the delivery driver. He called to say the road he was taking was closed off and couldn't get to us, despite my husband suggesting two alternative routes. He hung up the phone several times and then swore at my husband. Called just eat and had my money refunded, which I will be spending elsewhere.

Food looked unappealing and didn't taste much better, The BBQ sauce was like water, phoned up to submit a complaint but they were very unhelpful.

Beautiful as always lovely and hot and bang on time only gripe that the bottle of diet coke was warm

Only Chinese We will eat from! We always ask for a different sauce on crispy shredded beef in the notes, which is always granted! Speedy/friendly delivery service. Thank you eat well

First time we'd ever had meals from Just Eat and we were all very happy with the whole experience, the food was really good and plenty of it, arrived earlier than we expected. Will defiantly be ordering from Just Eat again.

Fabulous Chinese , fast delivery. The food was hot and tasty only Criticism was that the crispy seaweed was not crispy and didn't have the usual nice sweet taste

Collected on time so plus points there, however that was the best aspect of the whole experience. Food was not fresh, tasted like it had been microwaved to within an inch of its life and wasnt even that warm. A bad first experience of using this method to order takeaways. Pity i cant go back and get a refund as most of it is going in the bin.

Monday night and took 2 1/2 hours to come. Estimated time 8:20 arrived 9pm way too late. Called and said "driver just left " as always.. I live 10 minutes away clearly lied to as arrived 40 mins after that call. Been coming here since opened very unhappy

If youre going to be longer than the original estimated time the customer should be contacted dont just increase the expected time. Food is always great however.

Food 30 min late but when it eventually arrived v hot and fresh tasted good

Advertised a 60 minute delivery time, in fact turned into a 145 minute delivery time. Food was so-so, not bad but nothing to write home about. The fact that it was eventually delivered at 10 15pm having had to complain to both the restaurant and Just Eat probably didn't help. Save yourselves the effort, order elsewhere.

We waited almost 2 hours for food. Ridiculously poor delivery. The food was fortunately lovely but that was not great.

Arrived in 20 minutes. Great food as always. No need to go anywhere else.

Very good service and reasonable prices. Only criticisms are that we asked for a wet chow mein but it was delivered dry. Asked for meat spring rolls and they were veggie and the pork ribs were ruined, dry, tasteless and overcooked. The rest of the order was excellent, tasty and cooked beautifully. If I was in a restaurant I would have sent back the ribs.

Surely it'd make sense if they realised I'm a recurring customer and went the extra stretch for me. As it is I'm left not even bothering looking now.

Put simply, we've ordered from here plenty of times and it's always arrived promptly, hot and absolutely delicious. Easily the best Chinese in Cardiff!

Very tasty sauce and chow mein. Unfortunately the rice was burnt, hence the lower food quality rating. However there were free spring rolls which was a nice gesture to make up for it. I would have preferred to wait longer for a non-burnt portion of rice.

Absolute disgrace! Ordered food at 7.38 to be waiting over and hour for a delivery down the road from the shop. I phoned to find out where it was to be told it was on its way. Another 15/20 minutes passed with no delivery, I called back again to be told she would check where the driver was as hed been out for 15 minutes! Then another ten minutes passed with no contact so I phoned again to be told she had cancelled our order!!! So clearly it was never on its way resulting in it being 9.30pm and us having to order from another restaurant.... Will never order from here again such time wasters and liars

My meal took TWO HOURS to be delivered and when I called to complain, I wasn't offered any compensation. Annoying.

Disappointed with the quality of the food, chips were over cooked, meat in the special fried rice was hard and the ribs were really fatty, definitely won't be ordering from them again

Not all order delivered, called to see where the rest of the food was. Was informed that they would be too busy to deliver until at least 40 minutes later. Or told that I could come and collect it. When asked if I would receive my delivery fee back as I would have to collect it, was told no and there was nothing else they could do. Very unhelpful. Finally received rest of food on another delivery, but all food at that point cold and required reheating.

Felt like it's been reheated... My family said its the worst Chinese we've had. Shame.

Delivery was 45 mins late. Chicken and sweetcorn soup is nasty as far too thick, gloopy and sugary. Chips taste microwaved but curry is good.

Order half an hour later than delivery time - order made at 5:30 said would be delivered by 6:30 arrived at 7:05. No contact from the take away but Delivery person asked for an extra £1. 50 as explained when I was called. Nice driver apologised and didn't take extra payment. But food was nice.

always a great takeaway. These are the only takeaway I will use in Cardiff. Their Salt & Pepper Chicken is a must try!! and their chicken mini spring rolls! (not so mini!)
