returned tonight after a long time Chicken chow mein was back to its best yummy! and the young lady serving was a great conversationist and very friendly

WELL IVE BEEN ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS CHINESE TAKEAWAY FOR A WHILE AND IT JUST SEEMS TO BE GOING DOWN HILL A FEW TIMES THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE WRONG FOOD AND ALOT OF TIMES IVE RECEIVED FOOD THATS BURNT TO HELL. HOW CAN THEY DELIVER SUCH RUBBISH AND THINK THAT ITS OK THESE ARE FROZEN PRRAWNS ABOUT 1" IN SIZE AND THE PRAWN BALLS ARE BURNT TO HELL LOOK AT THE STATE OF THEM.AND THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO CHARGE ABOUT £7. WHAT A JOKE 🤮🤢

We ordered there a handful of times but recently when we ordered the same thing something didn’t feel right when eating it and people do say that the state of the kitchen isn’t the best but other say they wouldn’t go elsewhere for Chinese, I’m not sure if I’d say the same after last time haven’t been back.

Very disappointed! Have used for 7 years. Placed an order last week and not good, ordered again this week and still as bad. Called to complain and was told I could 'try again' and would have free order, went in today and refused free order! Only offered 2 items out of our £40 order, manager agressive and didn't want to accept that the majority of dishes in our order were very poor. We won't use again.

I tried King 2 for the first time tonight after lots of recommendations. The food was fantastic. Highly recommended, and I'm looking forward to ordering again.

Best and still my go to I have used this place for years and the fact my girlfriend loves lotus house says it all to me and the fact they allways so efficient and quick when u order late and they will still take ur order the crispy chilli beef is to die for and them statay skewers are the best I have ever tried from a chinise and they are a great lot of people make lotus house a place u have to try even if u do just once u wont regret it

Got a delivery and the food was very good, a little pricey, but that’s the times we live in. Was hot and fresh with great flavour. I would have it again.

Crap . Honest Crap, if i could give 0 believe me i would. will be sticking with yummy house and lee cottage from now on! Extortionate prices for what i can only describe as regurgitated poo . Make your prices match the quality.

The food is always spot on quality & quantity if in errors made sorted swiftly I’ve lived in Fulwell over 25 years simply the best in the area

Food is 5 out of 5. The downside was that I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for the food to arrive, after calling a couple of times to chase up my order the delivery finally arrived. All I heard from the restaurant was "I am sorry" no compensations no drinks no discount. If you have time to wait for the food I would recommend.

Was getting my chippy from Rawtenstall delivered...but was let down big time..thought I'd give jasmine a try..fast delivery..gorgeous fish and chips...and the delivery was complete..(unlike the chippy in rawtenstall and charged for)..and it was cheaper..its a no brainer ..my no1 chippy now...fantastic

I was recommended this place from a relative in Erdington, food was on point. Best Chinese in Birmingham. I travelled from Solihull and not one place there comes anywhere close to this. Very tasty. And great portions. Thanks and keep up the good work. Note. We had a variety of dishes including veggie. All tasted very nice .

I remember when the takeaway first opened in 1986 and they have always been our first choice since then and nowhere else comes close. Staff are always lovely and friendly and the food is perfect. Although we have moved several times in the area over the years, we have always ordered our Chinese food from here and hopefully will for many many years to come.
