Sueing. Curry sauce was obviously microwaved, it exploded over my hand. I'm now in agony with my hand blistering. I called them to complain and he offered me another curry sauce! Seriously?! I've been a loyal customer since it opened over 14 years ago.

Chinese food, Halal, Good portion AND well priced. Not expensive - menu will be added by me. Go for the meal box for value for money. Clean, Quiet, good for takeaway - well packed. What more do you want lol Try it. Bargain for money.

6 Crispy duck pancakes worth nearly £12 basically contained bones and fat, meat didn't even fill one tiny pancake, and the 9 sweet & sour chicken balls were cold. Refused refund from just eat when complained, hence this review, I'd advice to avoid. Also took 1hr 15 mins to arrive.

Avoid !!!!! They have given me serious food poisoning. So weal i cant even get out of my bed and look after my children properly.

Very bad customer service. Food came 1,5hour late (while Just-Eat indicated that the food should be delivered in 30-40min)! They were not even trying to seek for a solution! This was my first and last time ordering from here. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I was here about a year ago and honestly I didn't have a great experience. I passed through the area again and saw that the place was completely different and I think it is under someone else's management and I tried again.But this time I had one of the best Chinese food experiences I've ever had in London, nothing to complain. food 10/10, customer service 10/10, waiting time was 5-10 mins and the price was affordable. I recommended it to some of my friends and they also thanked me for recommending such a place, we are truly satisfied !!! Thank you Yumchi's see you soon!

I couldn’t recommend this lovely food takeaway more! The staff are extremely friendly and the food uff, I have never tasted better tasting Chinese cuisine before and to top it up it’s Halal. The only halal Chinese food around. Please do try it and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice food, fast delivery and quality ingredients

Food was horrible, no flavour no sauce on either Yum box, but the duck with egg fried rice was decent but again, was lacking sauce and flavour. So so so disappointing, always better off walking in and telling them how you want it, always abysmal when delivered.

For the first time ordering from Yumchi, am so disappointed 😞 the food was cold, the special fried rice was more like curry fried rice, the food tasted more of Indian curry dish than Chinese food. Not pleased at all. And worse of all the food was so oily.

I order regularly from Yumchi because their crispy beef in chillie sauce is really delicious. Today I felt the food was not up to their usual standard. I was surprised because its usually perfect. So I phoned the restaurant and told them that I was disappointed and they thanked me for letting them know and immediately offered to replace it with a new one. So they made a new dish and sent it to me at their expense. I was really impressed with their loyalty and efficiency in replacing the dish.

I never leave reviews, but this time I couldn't resist as I am thoroughly impressed. They've introduced new packaging which I absolutely love—it's both stylish and aesthetically pleasing. The portion sizes are generous. Most importantly, the food arrived piping hot, which you don’t usually get anywhere else. With this exceptional service and quality, I wouldn’t consider ordering from any other Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised at the change here, food is delicious and service is prompt, seems to have new management. Glad we gave this another go.

The food tastes just as I remember, but this restaurant has changed the type of containers used for their mealboxes since the last time I ordered. I ordered a large box and received the same quantity that I used to get in a regular box just in a fancier looking container. I wish there were a just eat option to document these kinds of restaurant changes/size in grams on the menu as I would have chosen something else if I'd have known. Food delivered on time and driver was very polite.

Ordered food which was shown as an estimated arrival time of 45min to 1hour and actually took 2 hours 15 mins to arrive, At 1 hour 30 mins it said my food was delivered on the app so called Yumchi twice over a 20 min period to be told each time the drive left 5 mins ago with my order. Just had a call 10 mins ago by the driver to say he would be here in 5 mins. Food is cold too when it arrived

First order came I was missing 2 items to be told by man on phone that they sent it, then to be told they will send 2 items in 20-25 mins tried to first refuse to send a whole new order as this would be cold in that time to then sending it but wasn’t what we expected was very rushed at packing
