Cool place to have dinner..There service was a top notch .

Worse Chinese I've ever had waste of money not sure what meat they use but it's not what its meant to be.

Ordered our food at 19:38, arrived at 20:55! Excuse was very busy. Stated they would give us a £6 discount which they did, then when the food arrived part of the order was missing! Although the food was nice.

Don’t use this place, can’t deliver on time, just order somewhere else

Chow mein was nice but the green Thai curry was salty and to hot!! Couldn't eat it as it was horrible waste of my money

Plenty of food, none of it was very good and we had to let go of it. Was disappointed.

Since the Pinner Chef closed we have been searching for somewhere else to go. This was our first experience with Lucky House and it was good. Ordering using my browser was clear and simple. There was a short wait for my collection but only a few minutes. I loved the food. I will be going back again.

Hi, travel, 3 miles to buy the food is the best Chinese ever

Just ordered food, half a duck was tiny for £19.99, was so over cooked and dry. Most of the food was so spicy, not what we expected from a Chinese. Food was slimy really disappointed meal for over £70.00....Unhappy customer.

A good place to get Chinese food

Claims to be open online and on website. Allows you to place and pay for order, only to find out it’s closed when physically go to store. Lost our money and have no food, very upset, would give no stars if we could.

ordered twice and they cancelled the orders after 45 min with no reason,they say will take 3-5 days for refund.go to more serious restaurants,no probs.can't be trusted.

The host are warm and welcoming. The food is fabulous always so fresh and tasty. Without a doubt the best Chinese food in the area. Highly recommended.

Tried this for the first time the other day as we normally drive to Ruislip Manor to are fav Chinese but thought we would get a delivery in and let me tell you this Chinese had a bad smell and was very slimy. Never again!

We live 8 minutes away from this restaurant. Ordered at 19.45 the food came at 21.50. Called the restaurant 3 times and the only answer we got was we are very busy. We didn’t have a massive order. We ordered chow mein, it takes 30 minutes to get done. Awful service!!

We had lunch at this place today, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. We had the dim sums to share as starters, and Singapore rice noodles and mixed veg fried noodles with prawns as mains. The food was good quality, tasty, and portions were bigger than our usual take-away/ eat-in places nowadays. We will definitely go back more often, will be ordering more take-away from this place from now on too. If you want to avoid disappointing greesy, stingy and overpriced take-aways, try Lucky House!

I decided to get take away from Lucky House on New Year's Eve. Very disappointing! I asked for Crispy Duck with pancake. They put the pancakes in plastic in the same bag as the duck. The pancake bag was covered in grease however it was clear to see also that the pancakes themselves were overcooked and rubbery at the sides. The duck was good. I ordered king prawns Kung po and that was awful. The whole dish looked congealed. Not fresh at all. I put half the dish out however I didn't realise that the prawns were breaded as I don't normally order anything breaded and it did not say it on the menu. I ate about a third of what I had put out and then through the rest out. Say 3/4 of it. The rice was very odd. Like couscous and did not stick together. I will never go there again. It's put me off Chinese for a while.

I'm very sorry 😞 to be honest but this Chinese food was very smelly. It had a very bad taste and smell. I felt like vomiting. Disgusting!

I've not left a review on Google since 2018, but these guys deserve one. Ordered a few times from Lucky House now, and the food quality is pretty damn good, especially for the prices they're charging. In reality, there isn't a single good Chinese place in Pinner, Ruislip or Northwood, unless you want to pay 5x the price for small portions at Tai Pan lol. Definitely spotted a good gap in the market. Hope you can maintain these prices because they're competitive and I'm willing to order more food and much more often due to this. On top of this, the person that picked up the phone when I called was incredibly kind and polite. There have been several instances with other restaurants that have screwed up my order and then get angry at me for asking them to fix it, and have lost my custom. Doesn't seem like this will be a problem here.

I ordered some noodle's and fried rice from here and it was delicious, people at the Lucky House were friendly and welcoming, this is defiantly going to be my local Chinese takeaway from now on. Great!

I just ordered a meal for 1 and it was honestly the best take away I have had in a long time. Main course was full of generous beef and tasted amazing. Starters of prawns was delicious. Delivered within 30 mins. Next order will be £100+. This is a genuine restaurant with amazing food. Good job.

I have order several times from here, I love the food. I have ordered ; the spare ribs in honey Chicken chow mien Chilli beef Satay chicken on skewers Special chow mien (they did not mention that it has mushrooms in it) Tofu Special fried rice Seaweed 1/4 duck Chips All the above was very tasty, I would recommend, good value, good size potions.

Best Chinese food experience and the owner is amazing.

Was unsure as the reviews seemed so positive and the prices very fair! We took the plunge and ordered for 11 people, a real family gathering after a long time. The food was very well prepared and packaged in mostly biodegradable or recyclable containers. Not over seasoned or too oily, but very tasty. Special mention for the chow mein and the chicken balls which were really excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful when collecting. Can't be easy setting up in these times (they've been going 6 months) but they've got a good formula. Highly recommendeded.

Very rude staff Takeaway said it was delivered online so I called up as it wasn’t they had no idea if it was out for delivery or not the lady told me to call back in 15 minutes which I did and they did not answer the phone until I rang off a different number and then suddenly they answered and she hanged the phone up on me as I was complaining about the long wait on delivery! Not impressed with this restaurant at all!

First time ordering. Pre- ordered food but unfortunately it still arrived late. However food was delicious, chilli chicken really chilli and loved the dumpling...would have been nice to have the Prawn crackers with the food but they arrived 40 minutes later. Just because the food was so good I would definitely give Lucky House another go!

The food was delicious, fresh and so reasonable, the food was ready super quick and the team were friendly. I ordered the vegetarian noodles,black bean sauce was great and there was a good selection of vegetables. Will definitely order again

We ordered a takeaway from here last night excellent food and an excellent service and quality. Plenty of chicken in the chicken curry and a good amount of rice also reasonably priced for the quality. Will definitely ordered from them again.

It was our first time to order from Lucky House directly instead of food delivery apps. and they had excellent service and were very friendly. Also, their food is of such high quality and they offer good quantity. Such good value for money, friendly staff, and really yummy food!

Friend and I found this place quite by chance when on our way to order from another place in Northwood Hills. So thought we'd try it out. I don't think they're set up for dining in, but have the space and seating to do it at a later time. The food we ordered off their menu was absolutely hot and fresh when we received it. Good size portions and very tasty. It came packed securely and I noticed that deliveries were also headed out the door too. Didn't see anyone else picking up food whilst we were there. Worth a try and I'll likely use them again as we both enjoyed our food.

Food very average, far too much sauce used in my dishes, meat was dry and stringy. Shame, as fast delivery and nice packaging. Will not be reordering. I only ordered because of all the 5 star reviews.

I often worry when ordering takeaway as so many places get the order wrong or send average tasteless food. Thankfully, this isn’t the case with Lucky House. All the food delivered was tasty, hot and the portions were more than adequate. I would recommend Lucky House if you’re in the mood for a Chinese takeout.

New favorite Chinese take away of ours!! Everything was delicious and is packed in biodegradable packaging. The beef and black bean sauce was fantastic!! Can’t wait to try even more of their menu!

I wish I had 2 stomachs! Absolutely delicious, I've been lucky to eat at some 5* Chinese Restaurants in London and this is a strong competitor. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Prawns, Egg Fried Rice and Starter Selection, all fantastic and great portion sizes (thank you for not skimping on the shrimp as some restaurants do). Also, not overly salty so the unique flavours of each dish really penetrates the taste buds. A*** on the plastic free containers, fantastic for my appetite and also the environment. 110% recommend :)

I think I've probably eaten at half of the Chinese restaurants in London. Bit of a fan of the cuisine. Lucky House completely amazed me and is up there with the best! We popped in once and have since ordered take away twice. The dim sum and bao are incredible. Also a big fan of their fried tofu and squid. Try the lemon chicken too. A great place and real hidden gem!

Noticed these folks opening up for a few weeks. Passed by the first day they opened and ordered a good few options to take back home. In summary, their food is fantastic! Totally solid Chinese food with great authentic taste. Their duck is extra tender and soft too. My favourite out of the dishes are the sweet and sour prawn. Never tasted anything like this :) Prices are also really competitive for food that is high quality and tasty. If you are nearby, we’ll worth trying out. Some issues with their card machine and the menus are being printed but great, friendly people Good luck on the opening :)
