Tamara Lounge in Hillingdon

They have a really extensive menu across different cuisines but still manage to do each one well. Very tasty food - spicy but not too much. Great vibes really warm staff and nice service. They made a big effort for my sister’s birthday which was a table of 16 - extremely well organised. Loved it. I would recommend the biriyani, lamb or chicken are both lovely. There’s a free car park but free parking on uxbridge road in the evenings too.

All the servers in the shisha area always provide an excellent service - they’re kind, accommodating and friendly. My friends and I come regularly because of the consistently comfortable and enjoyable experience at Tamara. The food, drinks, shisha and hospitality is unmatched!

I had an amazing experience at Tamara Lounge, and a big part of that was thanks to Goran, the manager. From the moment we arrived, he ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality truly set the standard for outstanding customer service. Goran went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. His knowledge of the menu, willingness to assist, and friendly approach made the evening even more enjoyable. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his role and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.

I visited there on my birthday. They have Amazing food, cocktails, staff and atmosphere. Staff were very attentive, especially Rajvir Singh!!! He really looked after us. Thank you.

Amazing service by Goran and his crew

This restaurant does not understand the concept of reservation. Me and my family reserved a table for 8:00 and still weren’t seated by 8:40. When I asked a member of staff about this, they told us that the party at our table had arrived late so they will take more time to leave. This diminishes the idea of reservations as the table I had reserved wasn’t available. There was no sense of urgency from the staff to get us a table and at the end of the day, it’s their responsibility as an establishment to provide us with that. Once the party had left there was once again no urgency to clear the table for us to be seated. I wouldn’t have minded a 10 minute wait but 40 minutes is extremely unprofessional. Also I understand that it is a lounge but the music was unnecessarily loud for this institution.

The food is fantastic! The staff and atmosphere are lovely. It's not the best place if you don't do shisha (like me). However, the lounge area for shisha is separate, and you can dine on the other side. There's sufficient heating installed for when it's called outside.

Superb food and service. Music gets too loud for my taste on a Friday night but it is a very pleasant place to have dinner with people.

What a lovely evening at Tamara..looked after by Jerry... the food was fresh and delicious..we tried a cross section of Lebanese, Chinese and Indian. The drinks were flowing and lovely. The welcome is warm. Can't wait to come back.

Worst place i have evr been . They dont even know how to talk . we have spent about £600 still the staff have got zero respect and also the food was not even cooked properly. Cant give them zero star that is why one star

If you're looking for great authentic tasty food and vibrant atmosphere, this is the place! You can't go wrong with the food here, it's one of our fave indian restaurants. It's a popular venue so bear in mind it gets very busy and service can be slow. Aside from that it's brilliant

We had a wonderful experience. The service, food, drinks and overall experience was great. We were a large group of 28 people. The team managed very well. Thanks for this. One thing to note is that Bollywood DJ night should have started on time. We had to miss it as it was getting delayed and there was no clarity on when the dance would actually start.
