Ordered veg spring rolls, Singapore chowmein and tofu satay for collection. Quantity of both were good. Spring rolls were out of a frozen box they sell in any supermarket Chowmein were edible but they added frozen vegetables in it instead of fresh ones Tofu satay had pineapple chunks in it and way too sweet for our liking. Our fav Chinese place closed down so this was our attempt at trying a new place. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. It’s no where near an authentic Chinese food.

Fantastic food and an excellent delivery service

love everyone here, the food is consistently delicious and the servers take care of everything needed. the bartenders (especially dior) always make the best drinks and provide the best service

We arrived just after 6pm ahead, the restaurant wasn't too busy. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We had the set menu B for 4 of us. They were very happy to swap one of the dishes and the food arrived very quickly after ordering. As did the drinks. The food was LOVELY, it all tasted great, was very hot and fresh. If anything, the portion sizes for 4 people on the set menu was a little small and a large takeaway rice/main was served for 4 people. However we was satisfied and wasn’t left feeling hungry. Great drink selection. The prices were very reasonable, paying £32 per person (including drinks) We’ll be coming again. Thank you 5*

HORRIBLE STAFF. My child has diary allergy so I asked them about any dairy in selected dishes. The waiter was super unfriendly and rude. On my question she looked at us with super rude face and said “what dairy is?!?!” “I don’t think there is any milk product in it” I asked if it’s possible to double check because it’s very important. She turned around rolling her eyes then came back with her colleague and he said THERE IS milk as an ingredient…. No apologies no nothing from that woman. We just stood up and left. Will never come to this place again!!!

Actually chose this restaurant following the negative review posted about the honey roast pork because it looked so delicious… and it is! Wasn’t dry at all. All the food came hot and packed to the brim. I ordered a curry sauce but put a request in to change it to hoisin as you can’t order it separately on Deliveroo and they happy obliged! The hot and spicy beef actually has a kick to it, the chips are crispy and not soggy. Zero complaints from me!

Excellent food, staff, and service

Banging food as always (got the Singapore vermicelli + salt & pepper chips). This is my go-to takeaway when visiting Ambleside. Food tastes great, generous portion sizes, and very good prices.

The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect, honestly couldn't ask for any better and I highly recommend the soft shell crab and lychee crush mocktail.

The food was bland and the duck meat was fatty too fatty, more fat than meat he ordered duck with plum sauce it was disgusting and not edible, swilling in butter grease l dont know where the plum sauce was!!! my sons 21st all the dishes were tasteless none of the meat was tasty nothing that should of been crispy was, a birthday family takeaway it was horrible all the dishes we ordered were bland no Chinese should taste like this awful, won't ever use this Chinese again ruined our evening spent just shy of £100.
