Have used the saddlery many times, but this time very disappointing, feel the quantity and the quality of the food, was no where near as good as previous visits, no ham on the savory menu...not everyone likes salami and other charcuterie...also asked for scones with the savory, prepared to pay,but they didn't have any, spoilt what should have been a lovely 70th birthday treat

UPDATE: SOUL confirmed that I painted at their premices, but refused to pay. Then they blocked me. What a great way to deal with people. Please LET EVERYONE KNOW. I am so didssapointed with them PRESTORY: I’m disappointed to share that despite several attempts to resolve this privately, I have not been paid for my face painting services provided at the Soul Bar Aberdeen + Muchacho event in 2019. While Muchacho has since closed, the event was a collaboration, and neither party has taken responsibility for settling my invoice. As a small business owner, it’s frustrating to have to chase payment for work I completed in good faith. To any fellow artists or service providers, please be cautious when dealing with events run by individuals or groups who don’t honor their agreements.

We met a friend for a meal while visiting Aberdeen and spotted the Station Hotel had a 'High Tea' banner outside. So we gave it a try and were jolly glad we did. The welcome we received was exceptionally friendly and we were given our menu with glasses of ice cold water. As our friends had never heard of the term, High Tea' we looked foreard to their reaction. Our orders were taken and the food was beautifully presented. It looked delicious and was just that. The unlimited coffee and tea were also most acceptable. The food was followed by scones, cream & strawberry jam which were superb. This was followed by more cakes and cup cakes. What a great experience and we will ceertainly return to the Denburn.

Had brunch there of gammon 2 fried eggs chips and peas. It took about 30 ninutes to cone. Place was packed. Lots of pensioners in there. Aberdeen were playing Celtic so all tvs were on as well as the sound. I sat by the big double doors and everytime someone came in or out I was hit by a blast of cold air so I kept my jacket on The building is victorian and un insulated. Despite it being full I still felt cold. Good size portion. Nice fluffy chips big piece of gammon. The peas were stone cold. Not heated in microwave long enough.£9.99.Good selection of ales and beers
