We come for lunch most fridays, always great service and good value. Thankyou to the ladies that work here, they are always very welcoming.

Good selection of food at good prices. Usually good deals on food during the day plus theme nights ( Curry night, pub classics, etc) Staff always friendly and helpful

Quality of food was extremely poor. Frozen food just warmed up. The vegan burger was not great at all. The chicken pie was very dry and no flavour and the chicken bbq stack was disgusting. Would never go back or recommend this to eat. Deep fried sharing platter, oil was dripping off the food. The service was poor, well actually was no service. Was very slow and no one around to be seen to serve. Very disappointing, spent over £60 for 4 people, we literally left our food, didn’t eat it. No one was there to even ask or let them know. we should have listened to the family and got a decent Domino’s instead. Gutted!

Great place staff are magic and the food is affa fine. Here for ma birthday as was here last month with my pals and had a great meal came back next nite and then for breakfast was at good. Staff even let ma pal who is in her 50s do a picture (that was for kids) and gave her a prize lol great laugh

I wanted to write this as honestly as possible I frequently use this place as i work away from home and stay in the attached premier inn I find myself experiencing Staff abuse by patrons of this establishment which is unjustified. I have always had exceptional customer service from whoever i have dealt with and i would like to reconise Jodi as an excellent customer service operative at every level. Her team work tirelessly and do not deserve abuse or keyboard warriors who belittle them due to there inflated ego’s. Remember these are people who have feelings snd familys and are trying to do there best but sometimes circumstances are beyond there control. Well done Jodi and the team keep up the great work.

We have been to this establishment many time and have noticed a significant decline in service and quality of some of the food you never know what your going to get it can be over cooked cold and poor quality fish especially. The staff are again hitvand miss depending who is on duty it can be dreadful the attitude of some of the is truly unbelievable it used to be good hopefully it can change its way ut not with the same staff apart from Steve when he is on its good when jodie is on its dyre

Had a last minute casual dinner. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Jack very polite and had good knowledge of menu. Good value for money. Will be back.

The staff made us welcome from the point we arrived - Steven checked we had no allergies and explained how to order. Jack took time to explain the menu, useful as one of us was dieting. He also gave recommendation to add chicken to the Thai curry which was a good call. Looking forward to next visit.

We decided to have breakfast at The Mains and as usual it did not disappoint. Great choice and everything was hot. Great service by the Jodie and the team there.

Great place to go as a family for late lunch, menu is excellent plenty of choice and kids menu is excellent value and plenty of choice for the kids, the play area keeps them entertained, staff and service was excellent! Food was lovely couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be back

Although our waiter appeared polite, the service was very slow and we waited for over 30 mins for dessert. The building was cold and as our food was warm when served, cooled very quickly. This is the second time our meals have not been hot and the restaurant was cold. We will not return.

We came up for dinner one Wednesday evening. The service and food quality were excellent. Our party ordered two burgers and a festive meal. The meals arrived shortly after ordering and looked really good. All meals were well presented and tasted good. Given that the restaurant was busy and there seemed to be only a few staff members, they still made sure that they offered a friendly, professional service. The two staff members that I talked to were called Jodie and Jenna. Given our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend the restaurant to others.

Visit for drinks regularly. Lovely place but always freezing. Given up going cos always frozen Shame would stay more and longer if warmer. Great staff nevertheless.

We had family breakfast, and Anna was very helpful and made our visit special. Also they have play area for kids which is bonus.

Visited today for lunch. Thought I would try the carvery, had the ham and turkey, a large turkey crown was sitting at the carvery, the server cut off a slither of it, honestly don't know what was going to be done with the rest as hardly anyone there and I was the only one at the carvery at the time, a dried up stuffing ball, cold mashed carrot, roast tatties which were pale and tasteless and a dish of macaroni cheese (minus the macaroni I may add, found a couple of bits amongst the very stringy cheese sauce) Everything was cold apart from the Yorkshire pudding and parsnips which were the only saving grace. The staff seemed disinterested, not a happy bunch. I wont be back.
