Used Just Eat to place our lunch order with Low’s for the first time. Was delighted with both the food and the quick delivery. It was only a quick lunch of hot dogs and chips but everything was hot and tasty. The young lady who delivered our order was polite and friendly. Will definitely use again.

This is a brilliant coffee shop. I can’t rate it highly enough. Excellent baking and lunches. Staff are always friendly. More people need to know about this place. I come here regularly.

Went for afternoon tea. Food had been made previous and stored in a fridge. Sandwiches had barely any filling and a tiny bit of ham and a bit of a cheese slice! Cake was hard. Cheese cake without the biscuit. Scones had been microwaved. Clotted cream was not clotted cream. Coffee was instant and was awful. I would not recommend. Only good part was the prosecco.

We have wanted to visit the cove for a while to see what the fuss was about but it wasn't exactly what we expected, although it seems popular with locals, it didn't live upto expectations. The seating area is tiny and very cramped, the service was shockingly slow and prices were very overpriced. We were seated straight away but we waited 15 mins before we were served or shown a menu, we ordered but we're told there was at least a 30 min wait but we actually waited 40 mins for our food, as did many other tables. We ordered pancakes, the portions were a good size but no fruit was included at the price, this was extra, but without the fruit the pancakes were far too sickening without it. It was nice enough but was not worth the price or worth around waiting for, doubt we would rush back!

Honestly the best 3 course meal I've had in my life. We all got 3 courses and evert course was tremendous. Staff are super helpful and patient. The young lad that served us, Lewis was fabulous and could not do enough for us. No wonder it's always busy. Best food ever and very reasonable price too. Well done inverkip hotel. X

What a lovely little cafe the welcome as soon as you walked in made all the difference. All the food made freshly burger looked home made and I have never had a toastie with so much cheese oozing out and on tiger bread it was lovely. The selection of cakes and ice cream are mouth watering. Myself and grandson were stranded as we needed to get back to ferry not realising there is no bus on leaving the owner stopped his car and went out of his way to take us to ferry what a lovely thing to do proves there is some lovely people out there. We will definitely return a gem of a place thank you

The cottage was a place we paced a few times en route to largs, and always said, we should try there for a change. The welcome was very warm as was the sitting area instead, it's very christmasy for November but does look very nice. They have specials on a board on the wall, and Sunday roast dinner if lamb, beef, ham with Cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and seasonal veg. The menu is very varied from toasties to special Currys, coffee and slush drinks and milk shakes... And the odd lager ect. the service is not to slow as they do takeaways and delivery services but as you chat away you don't really mind. We all had different choices but everyone enjoyed what they had, portions not big or small, but the prices are a bit steep, for portion sizes.....£2.50 for a can of coke, ect.... Give the bistro a go at night open until 6pm, always somewhere different to try, then after a walk along the marine area.. This is only my findings..

I do like Nanny's, it's very dependable. They sell good meals at reasonable prices, and your order is cooked fresh in front of you, not produced from out the back when you don't know how long it's been there. We had hot filled rolls and they were delicious, and we were served by attentive staff. 4 rolls, 2 drinks, sit in for less than £14.00, great! Only downside, the décor is looking a bit dated and could do with a freshen up.

Very nice food, I think is the best place in Greenock where to get chicken tikka stuff, and pizza with deep sauces, and chicken pakora is so good

Outstanding service 👏🏼 bar staff are attentive. Great atmosphere and live music was unexpected but amazing. This is a great wee local where everyone knows your name and if they don't then they will after a few. I'll be recommending this to everyone. You're never on your own in here.
