The best restaurants serving British food in Northern Ireland

The worst customer service I’ve experienced yet! Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be treated with hostility and ignorance.

Everything was awful, food, service, no atmosphere. This used to be a fantastic place to eat, but not anymore......very clean restaurant, nicely decorated restaurant, that's were it ends......they need a miracle, new chef and better trained waitresses, to possibly become the great restaurant it once was.

To be honest for £189 a night I would have expected more, like a gym and or pool area. The room was very large but too hot, I slept with the windows open. Nice power shower with plenty of hot water. Bar service was very hot and miss, shortage of staff. The evening meal was so so, the chicken breast was very good the ham pie had nothing inside just pastry outside 🤔 The lady on breakfast was very obliging letting me in a little earlier than they opened. Breakfast was very tasty and good value unlike the room rates. Would I stay again? Probably not I will try to find another hotel in the area.

Was decent food, would recommend. We had burgers and they were very nice, the chips were very tasty, desert was ok and the kids menu is good too

Decent wee pub, good view for sports and nice outside area Unfortunately 90% of the staff are totally inept at the basics of their job. Braindead service.

I have used this chip shop for many years and have no hesitation in recommending it for a takeaway. I would also like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to one of the members of staff called Yasmin for finding my wallet and made sure it was safe until I got it.

Quaint locale to get a pint but the food (or margherita pizza at least) is essentially cheese and a bit of suace on some dough (if home made, perhaps Lidl frozen ready)? American football on TV and that was it, we're out!

Best Seafood Chowder ever!! Wheaten bread only makes it better. This place can get crowded but the food being so good is the reason why. Pay at the counter, sit with new friends.

Great place to visit and find a booth for food and drinks. Michael took excellent care of us!

Had an order delivered to work tonight, food was lovely as always and would also just like to say what a nice delivery driver you have he was such a lovely man, wonderful customer service.

Watch out for the massive service charge on your bill. This is not America. They should consider charging less for a larger booking. I know of two places in the city centre that actually give a complimentary drink to each person in large groups as a small gesture. Do not expect to receive such good Irish hospitality in this spot. Slightly less people could go than we originally planned to our mid-week lunch. The staff were inflexible. They wanted our group to pay for the meals of the two people that could not make it for genuine reasons. Very robotic short sighted approach. The food is very average. There are lots of better options. Do not recommend.

Vinimos del noreste para el fin de semana y pasamos la noche del sábado aquí. Singer estuvo brillante, gracias por la gran noche. La música era irreal.

Good food, quick and frienly service and answer for any quistion is "no problem" very nice ... to recommend is to taste their whisky's also 👍🏻👍🏻
