Great place for a very good breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea, and a good choice of vegetarian breakfasts. Also, the lunch/dinner menu is good, and a good price.

First time coming here and it was pretty good. They have a big terrace to enjoy the place when it's not raining. I will come back here for sure.

Ever one youses the disabled toilet and it smells of urine always a wet floor men don't know how to point into toilet

Download and use the app for table service drinks and food. Cheapest pints in town with a huge outside area for when the suns out. Friendly door staff would highly recommend.

I had fish and chips. Very tasty. My partner had curry. With drinks under £20. The quality of the food is good.staff is friendly. With the app you can order from your table so you don't have to stand in line to order. we will definitely go back for more.😄

Was there this evening with my partners grandson. We ordered the turkey and ham dinner with mash. It arrived with about 8/10 chips, we said there was a mistake, after about 20mins later the mash arrived. No kidding it was about 1 desertspoon.of mash. It was not a kids order but a full sized meal, or I should say was supposed to be. Really disappointed as we come here often and this hasn't happened before. 🙄

Small portions but tasty....plus the disabled toilet was disgusting 🫣 I was sick...people using the toilet especially when they aren't disabled.!!! .it was my first visit ..the quiz was good fun...plus the big doors where opened and it was really cold 🥶...

Food hits the lunch spot. D4ink could not be cheaper and best quality brands. Can't beat it.

Love this place. The staff are brilliant and very friendly they always make us feel really welcome and are great with the wee man. The food here is great especially for the price and the Guinness is awesome here. That's whey we go at least once a week, great family experience with drink for the same price as sitting at home with takeaways. Why would you sit in anymore!

Was in on wed 3rd of April, there was 4 of us , got r meals and I ordered chips egg and ham , well I was shocked wen it came , the ham was actually 2 slices of ham out of a packet that u would make a sandwich with , I definitely wasn’t expecting that, apart from that the other meals were very nice , cheap and cheerful.

Inexpensive and tasty all round pleasant experience

My family and I went out during the weekend to this bar on Saturday the 18th of February for a family members birthday only to be harassed by one of the members that works there. We ignored him to continue with our night only for him to come back again and again to ruin our night. Which led to the doorman not even letting him in again in his own work place! This speaks volumes to me as he didn’t even show respect for the company he works for. The rest of the workers were lovely apart from that obscenely rude man. Night wasn’t the same after we all had a downpour the rest of the night.

With four staff on and only one appearing to be doing anything, I think it's pretty poor that all three gents toilets were blocked with people's waste. For goodness' sake sort it out. That's just disgusting.

Under staffed although the staff on where fantastic!! Felt undermanaged !! Food was ok but could of been dressed better and a little garnish for 8pence would have made all the difference! And 15 garden peas is not a portion of veg it fools no one I am sure they waist food they could put on the plate!!

Moldy terrible food manager argued it was not, went to the kitchen and brought out a random bag of cheese with the date on it, when you could clearly see and smell mold. I attached a photo but maybe not as clear as could be, everyone knows the smell and taste of mold tho. Disgusting and rude manger.

Had a burger and chips, paid nearly £2 extra for that dip. The bap was stale and the meat was tiny. Wouldn't buy again, barely filled a hole

Went in to have a look and ended up getting new shoes a T-shirt and a water bottle. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, had a bit of a wait for the shoes but I think that had more to do with the time of day as it was neat closing time as it's normal very quick. They only have one dressing room as it's not a very big unit. It's handy that it's next to Costa so made for a nice evening out.

Everything was prefection. Staff very helpfull . Will be going back again.

We were the first ones in and that was 9-40am. Ordered a small fry, the egg was not cooked well as still gel in it. The only thing that was warm was the hash browns. As this is the second time I have been here it's not one of the better ones for breakfast.

Great fish and chips, beer, and bottomless cup of coffee

Ordered 2 8oz gourmet steak meals One steak rare one steak medium. Both were grissley chewy. We chewed the meat for flavour but most of it was left on plate. Jacket potatoes were fine. Tomato got only a glimpse of the grill and was not grilled. Salad mediocre but salad dressing was unusable. No olive oil dressing for salad as an alternative to the dressing. We frequent Wetherspoons quite often for food but will never order gourmet steak dinners again. We often go to the Curry nights but quality is hit and miss. No consistency - may be chef or particular Wetherspoons branch.

Standard 'spoons with great value hearty food and drinks. Staff are very friendly and place is nice and clean. Also a VERY good venue for outdoor seating in summer especially, massive beer garden.

Went to JD wetherspoons newtownards today ( 13/1/23 ) with my brother & two sisters. We had lunch & boy was it good. The boys had half chicken with chips & the girls had fish & chips. The food was plentiful, excellent quality & served on a hot plate. We also finished with 2 cups of cappuccino each. Staff were friendly and helpful & the bill for all 4 of us was under £40. Look forward to returning asap. Stephen dawson

Went to wetherspoons for lunch in Newtownards and it was not good looking at the poster to what was on the plate night & day. Was told 4 big slices of Turkey wafer thin and what was that gravy was it bits of apple in it. Ended up on loo so bad.

Service was great. The curry club, fish and chip club and steak club are now available every day and are excellent value. Breakfast menu has got bigger and the menu overall has been updated. Friendly staff.

The milk was off in the coffee and my partner bought a pint of milk and it was off... My mother in law got Ill from the food ... The fry was so disappointing... Gutted

You get what you pay for. Reasonable value. The table was sticky (that was after it was cleaned) and the place is generally grubby. Really poor customer service from the more mature male staff member on the floor today.

Stale naan with curry last night. Getting tired of having to ask at bar when order food for sticky table to be wiped. Food arrived and asked again for table to be wiped and sprayed onto table just about missing the food. In hinsigh should have sent food back. Is this worthy of the score on the door?

Dieses Restaurant/Pub wurde mir von Freunden empfohlen. Man kann sowohl drinnen ( sehr geräumig) als auch draußen sitzen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker, die Speisekarte umfangreich und für jeden etwas dabei (vegetarisch). Die Preise sind top! Wir haben für 2 Hühnchen- Gerichte und 2 Pint Cola zusammen 14£ bezahlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !

Been here about 3 year's ago it's pretty run down it needs an up lift if your going for a beer of course go.

If could leave no stars would of. Walked in waited in the queue moved around the person I was behind to just move along near a til was accused of walking in and bumping the queue which was far from the situation. Cheeky ignorant woman of a bartender then asked us to leave as challenged her where she was incorrect.

Always have a great meal here I have never been disappointed with my meals it's a great price as you can have a soft drink or for £2.00 more you can have wine or beer with it and the staff are lovely

2nd time in this place its not good value for money, prices have gone up. Food is out fast. No need to wait, so the food quality is very poor, we left most of ours the chicken was uneatable, a complete wast of money,. Very friendly staff. Marked this down as call in for coffee only. £1.20 free refills.
