Four staff more interested in talking than attending to customers. Had to ask for table to be cleared and cleaned, place was empty. Poor service, dirty tables.

Really perfect, lightly battered cod. Not greasy. Got chips with cheese and gravy... Soo good. You could do with someone friendlier at front counter tho 9.9 out of 10.

I only put stars so I could ask - is this place EVER open?? Tried to take the family to dinner there and it's just never open, no info online about how to contact them, is there some kind of secret club that im not in? I'll change my review to five stars if the management actually reply with how on earth to make a reservation!

My wife, I and a friend called today for a light lunch. We ordered 2 Crispy Chicken Wraps plus Tea for 2 and 1 Latte. No sooner had the server taken the order then our pot of tea arrived along with the Latte. We started to drink our teas and coffee as we chatted and waited for our wraps to come. It took so long, over 30 minutes before the food arrived that the coffee was finished and the tea had become cold. The wraps were tasty but why did it take so long to bring the food to the table as the restaurant didn't seem to be that busy.

36 min wait and request for ‘excuse me but, any idea where? etc met with ‘it’s on its way’. Lady floor supervisor clearly had enough of it all. Find a job you like and makes you smile. 10 mins later the saddest breakfast I’ve ever had slid across the table. Nothing hot. Bacon burned. Awful. Avoid at all costs. Accept it must be grim serving there with the masses BUT hey, dig a little deeper for some customer service. Maybe lunch menu and a drink in the sun better BUT brekkie…nah last time I got there. Didn’t have time to send it back. And this review will do for now. Happy Christmas all.

Drove from Ballymena as my daughter wanted a particular drink and it was out of normal hours and the drive thru was the only outlet open. My wife also got a drink that she had previously purchased at another Starbucks. Well what a complete disaster from start to finish. Order was rushed to begin with. Wouldn’t let my daughter speak before talking over her, without a please or thank you. When we got to the pay/collection window, we were ignored until they were ready to take payment, (there was at least 4 members of staff present), at this point we weren’t welcomed, just the order repeated and a price given, again no please or thank you. My change was literally thrown at me and again no interaction. When drinks were ready, they again were practically thrown at me and no conversation once again. No order labels were attached to any of the drinks so I have no information of who we dealt with. My daughter’s drink was ok but my wife’s was in her words tasteless. I understand that it was 30 minutes before they closed and they may have had a busy day but there is no excuses for the way we were treated. Starbucks is an international brand and has a reputation for providing a customer service experience but on this occasion they have failed.

So, I had a fry here before and it was a very positive experience, friendly staff, good food, freshly prepared. All good. So I was passing by again and thought, 'there's that place I had that really good fry!'. So I called in. I don't like egg or mushroom so always ask them not to include, same as last time. They usually put an extra piece of bacon or something to make up for it. And they did. I had quite a deep plate just swimming in beans. Like, an ocean of beans. Seriously? Who can cope with that quantity of beans??

Just visited Moe’s Grill again a few hours ago. The roast for today especially if turkey and ham is exceptional. Great food, friendly staff, easy parking and nice ambience, good value BUT one complaint!!!!!! Too much food! A rare complaint but every time we leave, having eaten too much even when just having a main course and a beverage. PLEEEEESE CUT PORTIONS BY 10% at least. Happy to pay the same price for less. I’m sure others think the same. We would be there even more often but we have to make sure we are really hungry. Otherwise 5 Stars and keep up the good work.

I know the crannagh has now changed hands and the permanent staff there are another company now. My wedding was one of the last one by the arbutus catering. I was so happy with the service we received from arbutus catering. Barry and his team are fantastic, cannot recommend them enough to people. Denise was the lead for our wedding and she was amazing, replied promptly to all enquiries and was a warm, friendly personality. Our guests thought all the staff were fantastic and hard working. The barman was kept busy all day but he was always smiling and joking with my friends and family. The food was spectacular, our trio of starters were amazing and guests were brave enough to try the salted chilli squid and said they would definitely order that again when out. Totally changed their minds on seafood. We had a bbq for the main and platters were carried to the tables. Guests had the choice of chicken, steak, burgers, pork fillets, chicken drumsticks or hallomi and various side salads. The food was to such a high standard and guests loved it. My farming family were definitely well fed. We finished it with a dessert of peanut butter cookies and ice-cream which was perfect for a hot summer day. The staff were very professional and kept the day ticking over smoothly. I could not fault it at all. The evening food of bbq pork sliders and chicken goujons with chip cones went down a treat! The crannagh is a gorgeous venue for a laid back relaxed wedding. We were able to put our own stamp on it with our decor. The views of the river bann are stunning. It made for gorgeous pictures at the golden hour. Cannot recommend this venue and the catering enough to people.

When for lunch with my wife had the salmon my wife had sizzling chicken both meals lovely only thing to spoil it was the noise and disturbance that a crowd off travellers made couldn't hear what my wife was saying hence to say we left as soon as we finished our main meal manager didn't try to ask them to keep it down as there was other diners It wasn't only us that left a few other tables did the same
