I ordered 3 drinks. The server got 2 of them wrong. When I informed the server that the drinks were iced coffee instead of warm her attitude left a lot to be desired. Her reaction was to throw her arms in the air and roll her eyes. The shop was not busy so i dont know where this really came from! I spoke to her with manners however I did not receive this . My daughters were very upset about the whole experience. We will not be back!!!

My wife got called to A&E this morning leaving me needing a temporary place to work. I called into this Starbucks with my laptop and ordered a Flat White and a Caramel Muffin, grabbed a seat with a power socket and worked away for a bit in comfort. No one disturbed me and had I stayed any longer I would have gladly bought more but it served as an amazing venue in a crisis.

This place is the best in the area!! Staff are warm and friend and the food and coffee fresh and tasty! The seating area is clean as are the toilets. Parking is plentyful as is the stock. I had the fruit bread toasted and a blonde latte, both were oerfect. To be fair the place is short of anything, a true Starbucks experience.

As a team drinker, I say 'it's only a cup of tea, it can't be that difficult' For some places it is but not here. The tea was spot on, and the quispie that went with it 😘👌🏼 It did take a wee while for them to make it though. The place was very loud, even though it wasn't that busy and those wee stickers they put on everything *are* cute, but what a waste, literally!

I have been here a couple of times, but my experience last night needs reviewed. I entered on foot (drive through and sit in cafe). The staff member who served me was very giddy. The £3.45 that I paid for a small hot chocolate (I dislike their coffee) was very expensive, but it is what one expects when coming to Starbucks. The hot chocolate itself was not very nice and served in a takeaway cup rather than a proper ceramic mug or cup. I had sat down to read to then be told by a staff member not 10 minutes later that they are closing at 9 to sit in customers. Nowhere are the hours specific to sitting in mentioned so I was not aware of this. The drive through seemed to remain open after I had went over to McDonalds to sit in there instead. I will not be returning to Starbucks again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Toilets had no soap and the dispenser which had something in it looked like water. What really made the service poor was my young child who took his plate and immediately dropped his muffin was refused a replacement by the lady working. If I wanted another I needed to go back to the till. The queue was massive and as a mother who had to go back to attend her newborn this was not an option so he had to do without. If this had of happened in any other place, an alternative muffin would have been provided. Trying to feed a newborn while my other son sat upset as he had no snacks was very stressful and not a service I wish to repeat. Starbucks need to do better and at least employ staff with a little more emotions/feelings towards kids.

Drive thru is always pretty quick, in store orders not as quick but understandable (especially during rush hour). Lovely atmosphere and seating, plenty of places to charge phones or laptops. Wi-fi is decent as well (i remember around 10mb/s). Drops during busy periods. Food is typical Starbucks scran.

As a person who worked in hospitality for most of my life I can either be your best or worst customer. There was one customer in front of me. The staff member was telling him her life story. I decided to go to bathroom bc it was taking so long. Came back, the customer was still there having a chat. There were at least 4 staff standing around doing nothing looking at me. I went to leave to go through drive through bc, maybe then I would get served. Starbucks is overpriced and supposed to be standardised service. Do better. Cheers. P.S. Coffee good

I got a caramel Creme frappe with extra CD but there wasn't very much CD and when I got handed the drink it wasn't very well blended still chunks of ice still in it. My friends also got iced white mocha's barely any cream and overly sweet. Do not recommend.

No atmosphere at all, just a big open plan layout. That let noises to be amplified, like chairs been dragged across the floor. There was no eye contact for the staff who asked for our other, then just asking sitting in or takeaway, as she looked at the floor and asked the name for the order.

Normally use the drive through.. I thought it would be nice to sit in for a change, what a mistake. Staff were beyond slow with not having the pressure of a que of cars. It does not take ten minutes to make a coffee.

I have taken to trip advisor as Starbucks have made it difficult to email a simple email to give feedback therefore making it impossible to improve. The service was awful and when our drinks arrived they were both cold and half filled. I asked could they be topped up and was looked at as though ai had requested a kidney from the barista. Eventually she snapped them from my hand and proceeded to top them them up. Finally pushing it back across the counter and walking away. Normally I wouldn't complian but maybe I expect to much, hopefully someone reads this and corrects the service. I won't be back!

Omg how long does it take to make a coffee?, took 20minutes to get our order and they messed it up, asked for a smoothie and they proceeded to give us a fizzy drink. Also ordered an decaffeinated latte for a 7yr old and got an ice latte instead.

Order number 3738 Store 58738 Time 1:57 Girl at till incredibly rude. Rushing customers and rolling her eyes when us and the couple in front wanted a second to read the menu. Girls at till also assumed what we wanted by saying I guess it’s the milk chocolate cookie when my parter asked for a cookie not knowing what options Sarah the girl at the tills name with the attitude problem serving customers seemed to not want to be there and rushing customers even tho it wasn’t busy The store was a mess with all tables not being cleared. Are friend who ordered has a new born child and was made to feel stupid because when asked for her name she said her surname and the girl on the till said I need your first name with attitude and so people could here. Her order number was 3737. We also both were asked was it sit in or takeaway to get take away cups even though we sat in Awful experience all around

Although a drive through and although there is a sit in Starbucks only a few 100 yards away there is still a reasonable amount of seating to be had here. The only issue I would have with it is that because it is mainly drive through you sometimes have to wait to get your order taken. That being said like all Starbuck you know what you are going to get and the quality of the coffee etc

Stopped to get a pumpkin spiced latte and waited ages to get one eventually with cream when I asked for no cream so another long wait for replacement and then it was luke warm cup wasn't full and it hardly tasted of the pumpkin spice so they obviously didn't put enough it. We queued for one to the toilets to eventually find out it was locked but no sign to tell anyone this . So only 1 toilet for the whole cafe on a busy Saturday afternoon. Tables were filthy and no one clearing them . We won't be back

Called into the drive thru for a sit in and was served by Laura. Explained that two of us were dairy free and ordered a soya hot chocolate for my daughter. Laura explained that there was dairy in the hot chocolate and that want her getting sick. Her colleagues told her the hot chocolate was vegan but when checking the book it did indeed have dairy in it. We have been going here for ages and that is the first time someone checked or advised we couldn't have it. Massive thank you Laura. All the food was lovely and prepared in great time.

Very Bad and terrible experiences for many times. Always very slow even there are little customers inside, all the staffs just talking and did everything very slow. Today I ordered one caramel frapuccino with coffee base. We waited a long time, after we paid at the window the staff in front just grasped my cup and still talked with her colleagues. Also we found the different after we left, very angry and bad experience. Other drive through will always be quick even they are fully sit in and busy. Can not understand so many lazy poor staffs in antrim Starbucks, really let me down. It is a shame for Starbucks brand!!

I love this Starbucks! Their other branch at The Junction is okay, but for me it is always freezing if you dine-in! So bring a duvet with you! BUT the drive through branch is awesome. The experience is different as it isn't as dark in terms of environment, more open plan. The staff are great. Ordering in the app is perfect for any branch obviously and I love using the drive through at times too. Only blessing from lockdown. I have never used the "drive through" option so much in my life. In fact the staff at this Starbucks drive through were so kind and gracious. One time I got to the window that I realized that I forgot to order, (Chatting with my mum and following the car in front 😂). So they took my order asked me to park and they brought out my order to the car.

This Starbucks has gone steadily downhill. What started as a great Starbucks with pleasant staff has turned into staff who look and sound like they can't be bothered and poor care taken when making the coffees. My last 2 visits have got my coffee wrong. When you go in to see if it can be fixed you're made to feel it's your own fault. Staff at the drive thru are particularly rude when taking payment. Giving 2 stars as when the coffees right it's really nice

Poor and unfortunately won't be returning. Slow service with unhelpful staff. Staff could do with some customer service and cross contamination training. They also dont seem to take allergies/intolerances seriously. First visit the service was slow and the staff member serving us used the same tongs for all our food. I ended up with pecan nuts on my plate from the pecan swirl which was not mine. I also had to ask which latte was made with soya milk it was not made clear. Second visit was at the drive thru. Again slow service and rude staff who seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Was handed both drinks and again had to double check which latte was made with soya milk. We were then told we would have to check the labels ourselves which were hidden under the coffee sleeves. Really not helpful when your in a rush and have a serious intolerance/allergy.

I came in for a meeting with a client and specifically mentioned we are sitting in and sharing a croissant and I got served in a piece of paper and coffee in paper cups. I wasn’t asked if I preferred it in paper cups. After commenting and being made to wait and ignored initially when I mentioned that we hoped to be served in and not take away, we did get a plate, a knife and 2 coffees in a normal porcelain cup.

Staff are always be happy and smiling. Always so helpful. Place is usually busy but not a long wait, staff are efficient in delivering your coffee quickly and hot. Place is contemporary and plenty of lighting. Enough space for a cosy table for two or a group. Soft music in the background. Toilets have always been clean on my visits and are checked regularly. Staff are always on hand if you need anything. There is disabled parking.

Don't mind the queue because of the times we are in currently. I am frustrated with 2 occasions of ordering a " caramel " based product and upon drinking it, finding no caramel in it. On the 3rd occasion returned to the outlet and the service provided was poor. The barista then proceeded to dispense a flurry of caramel syrup into the cup. No apology and I was made to feel that I was at fault. Can appreciate how busy the staff are but this is not acceptable.

Waited an hour in the queue to then get to the window was charged too much turns out they had the wrong order and it was someone else’s. Then was told I’d have to come back the following day to get a refund. Supervisor was very rude got no apology and no admission to fault. Also then having to make an unessential journey when government restrictions are in place. Wouldn’t go again due to the poor experience.

Was at the drive thru on Sunday 21st of feb and the car in front of us there was a lady waving at us who we did not recognise. This continued when the lady passed us on her way out she waved again . We then got to the window to pay and the cashier told us that the lady worked for the NHS and had a bad day and wanted to make someone’s better . Little did she know that on the Friday before I had lost my mother after a short battle with cancer and this meant more than she could ever have known, and if she reads this I hope she realises the comfort it gave both myself and my wife . The coffee was also as always fantastic

This was a very disappointing experience. There was no hand sanitiser in the dispensers on entry. There was no designated area to stand after ordering coffee and the people continuing to order passed by in close proximity. The cafe was very noisy and you had to shout across the coffee table as it was difficult to be heard. There was no bin at the exit door to place rubbish in. They didn't seem to have blonde blend either. I was really looking forward to trying this new store but I was left very disappointed.

I was here last night for coffee. Impressed by the space inside and on such a wet night it didn't take long to fill up. What flabbergasted me most was that a crowd of more than twenty arrived and took up the entire middle section. All the adults were female and not only did they practically sit on top of each other, they were so busy gossiping that they either failed to notice or totally ignored their kids running mad around the place. One ran along the top of the seats while others raced in and out of the toilets and around the whole middle section all evening. Hello ladies, did nobody tell you about Covid?? If you don't care, I'm sure the rest of us didn't need your children flying by on countless occasions. So, where were the Starbucks staff in all this? I do know the guy behind the counter was run off his feet but surely someone should have addressed this dreadful situation. None of my party said anything, doubtful we would have been heard anyway by the gossiping women and screaming kids I won't be back here again, wake up Starbucks and smell the coffee, pardon the pun. To the selfish adults there last night, shame on you, the rest of us would like to live

Amazing service! My work van was too tall for the height barrier and I was snookered cause the other store didn't open for another hour. Saw a couple of ladies outside taking care of the premesis and explained my predicament, they sorted me out and I was happily caffenated for the rest of my journey. Thanks again!
