He left my car at Stoneacre just up on Canklow Road and needed somewhere to go for some lunch whilst I waited. This was the perfect place! Just a five min walk away. I chose a chicken panini and a cuppa. Lovely friendly girls in there. (Think they may have been family?) Anyway it was the end of the day for them (closing at 2pm) and so were clearing up but I didn’t feel in the way or anything. Spot on little spot. Would recommend!

Disappointing. Two overcooked fish bites given instead of a mini fish on lunchtime special. This place is so hit and miss recently.

We just enjoyed a two night stay at The Brentwood, whilst attending an event at Sheffield Arena. We can't fault the hotel and pub. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We'd booked for breakfast both mornings which was spot on and we dined in both evenings. The food was delicious and very good value. The staff couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. It cost us about £12 each way in a taxi to the Arena but after the event, we learnt that it's even cheaper to get the tram from Rotherham to Sheffield and just get a taxi to Rotherham tram stop. I would definitely stay at The Brentwood again and would highly recommend it. 5* from us - thanks for having us 🙂

Good gluten free fish and chips. Always very busy, so make sure you call ahead with order. Wait times can be long at busy times. Otherwise can recommend

the best BEST. quick service and a quality sandwich. specials are tempting, and the menu is very good. parking is a breeze.

Excellent food, drinks and prices. Great location away from Main Street. Fast friendly service and really enjoyed it. I had an excellent club sandwich and then a freshly baked scone. There’s a great choice of cakes on display Would definitely recommend

We arrived from a trip to pick up my sons christmas present and were all very hungry and desperate for something to eat, but needing a place that was dog friendly. The welcome from Justine was lovely and she couldn't do enough to help, the food was amazing, and the blazing fire was very comforting. Justine even checked of Badger our dog was happy and if he wanted something to drink. Brilliant place for family and friends to chill and enjoy each others company in these cold months! Thank you. Would highly recommend the only issue is that we live too far away to come more often!

Fish & Chips with pea source, all not very exciting to end the business day on however the staff were very attentive, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

This little gem is not to be missed. It's a great atmosphere, with young people who are learning their trade in hospitality. Great food overseen by a professional chef and front of house lead by manager John. Always a pleasure and we have never been disappointed. Give it a try, I'm certain you will enjoy the experience.

Discovered this cafe a couple of months ago and was impressed by the food and friendliness of service - very obliging. Consequently I have lunch here at least twice a week apart from a Wetherspoons Pub (Bluecoats). I highly recommend this cafe for snacks and coffee ( to die for).

Booked for 7 of us for Sunday Lunch. The staff were brilliant and made us all feel welcome. The meals were lovely, well cooked and well presented. We all had 3 courses, the menu had plenty of choice and the option for a smaller portion. We will definately return.

The coffee is DISGUSTING. No wonder it's £2. Had no taste to it whatsoever Didn't even smell like coffee. Didn't rate the place at all. Glad to get out.!!!
