Just had a lovely lunch here, all food was cooked beautifully and the cake was stunning. Would advise to book a table, I sat in the courtyard and it was very pleasant out in the fresh air. Great atmosphere and thank you to the gentleman and young lady that served me, sorry I didn’t get your names, very polite and friendly.

He left my car at Stoneacre just up on Canklow Road and needed somewhere to go for some lunch whilst I waited. This was the perfect place! Just a five min walk away. I chose a chicken panini and a cuppa. Lovely friendly girls in there. (Think they may have been family?) Anyway it was the end of the day for them (closing at 2pm) and so were clearing up but I didn’t feel in the way or anything. Spot on little spot. Would recommend!

Third time takeaway fish was all batter with a thin bit of fish inside been using whitbys since it opened enough is enough I won’t be using your fish restaurant and takeaway again. Do disgusted I’ve put it on Facebook over 7 pounds for a tail end a quarter of an inch thick, daylight robbery

Excellent food, drinks and prices. Great location away from Main Street. Fast friendly service and really enjoyed it. I had an excellent club sandwich and then a freshly baked scone. There’s a great choice of cakes on display Would definitely recommend

We arrived from a trip to pick up my sons christmas present and were all very hungry and desperate for something to eat, but needing a place that was dog friendly. The welcome from Justine was lovely and she couldn't do enough to help, the food was amazing, and the blazing fire was very comforting. Justine even checked of Badger our dog was happy and if he wanted something to drink. Brilliant place for family and friends to chill and enjoy each others company in these cold months! Thank you. Would highly recommend the only issue is that we live too far away to come more often!

Fish & Chips with pea source, all not very exciting to end the business day on however the staff were very attentive, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve just had the most delicious lunch at The Wharncliffe as part of Rotherham Food Network event. Lovely food and excellent service by the excellent team of students. This would be a great venue for corporate functions or community gatherings that value the opportunity to support students in their learning. I will definitely find an opportunity to come with my wife soon.

Discovered this cafe a couple of months ago and was impressed by the food and friendliness of service - very obliging. Consequently I have lunch here at least twice a week apart from a Wetherspoons Pub (Bluecoats). I highly recommend this cafe for snacks and coffee ( to die for).

I used to go regularly for breakfast but now it is an absolute rip off. Sausage barmcake consisted of 2 very small sausages on a dry barm cake. £3.50. They charge £1.05 for a single sausage and there for £1.40 for a dry barm cake! I know cost of living has gone up by 10% in the last year but price of breakfast has increased by 50%! Never again!

The coffee is DISGUSTING. No wonder it's £2. Had no taste to it whatsoever Didn't even smell like coffee. Didn't rate the place at all. Glad to get out.!!!
