The gay person that answers the calls needs a new job maybe working in a dessert shop isnt for you, try something different like ann summers? You clearly have no customer service skills. Rude!

Initially I thought the prices were too high in comparison with the food but upon tasting it was absolutely clear that this food tastes worse than a 3 day old donner kebab. I find it difficult to understand how anyone who calls themselves a chef can produce such substandard food. Eat here only if you have money to burn and no taste buds. Good luck

The carvery veg could have been a little hotter but on the whole very good quality.

Understaffed when we were there and so a large delay on our food order. After an hour and a half we requested and received a full refund. this is not a typical experience though.

Fabulous food and service, this is a must for anybody who loves Indian food, you will not be disappointed:(

Food was shockingly bad Waiter an igit Took the wrong food order Then when the food was delivered no mention of an undercooked steak burger inedible I went to ask about the poor quality but was told that’s the way it is sorry about that 14.79 wasted I’d rather eat out of the McDonald’s trash a bit further down the road Customer service shocking food worse And I’m obese so I know food Thanks for nothing

Fantastic pub, some old school bar games and a juke box! Great beers and well priced! Up there with one of my favourite pubs!

Absolutely brilliant food and service. Myself and my partner came here on a Saturday evening. We were served by Paul the General Manager who was very attentive and did everything to make our evening perfect. Steak was cooked to perfection and my partner loved his mixed grill. Can't recommend this place enough. We have already booked again for the family to enjoy for my step daughters birthday meal.

Don't even bother with this place, service is atrocious, staff are rude. Plenty of better places to eat in the vicinity.....I suggest you find one.👍

We visited on Saturday evening with my friend and her two little girls. The weather was nice so we opted to eat outside and order some food. It took a good 45 minutes - 1 hour for the food to come, when we checked how long it was “just cooking” and when it eventually came it wasn’t worth the money we paid at all. It came in dribs and drabs so we couldn’t eat together. Half of the chips were cold, the other half covered in way too much salt, especially for children. The burgers were missing the cheese that was paid additional for, then when it arrived with cheese it had a hair in! We took it back and the women serving the food couldn’t care less. They then tried to say we hadn’t paid for chicken strips even though we had, another 10 minute wait … then 4 small chicken strips arrived for £9!!! I could have had a whole meal from KFC for that price. We had the burger refunded in cash, we tried to explain how poor it was to one of the staff but no one seemed interested. We needed to get the kids into bed so a spontaneous evening turned into a food nightmare. I won’t be returning or recommending based on that poor, expensive menu and even worse service.

Called here this afternoon for a lovely carvery me and my girlfriend. The first time I went it was very good as part of a family and friends meal so called again today and it was even better. Lovely cuts of meat and a great selection of vegetables. Definitely worth a visit and doesn't break the bank. Shall be calling again sometime soon.
