Visited here before watching Portsmouth play Port Vale recently after doing some research, as not many pubs allow away fans in colours. This is a was diamond find, as the real ale is fab, they serve cheap food at the rear such as burgers and bacon butties, plus everyone is so friendly. Depends what club you support, I guess, but we were made to feel very welcome, so all the best to Port Vale this season in their quest to stay up. Cheers!

Really nice, Old traditional pub. Attended here as an Away fan to watch Port Vale vs Oxford. Luckily the weather was decent so the pub garden was packed out. Mixture of home and away teams. Do love the Brewery Titanic and do rate the "Iceberg" beer. Also, they have a BBQ on match days and I thoroughly enjoyed the Match Day Special Burger which was £7. Hot Dogs, Burgers were around £3/£3.50 each which is really good value

The Bull's Head is a traditional pub that has been serving the people of Burslem for over 150 years. It's part of the Titanic brewery family and has various brews to suit all tastes. The pub hasn't changed in the 40 years I've enjoyed it; this isn't a bad thing as the pub has always been clean, welcoming and friendly. On a cold night when the roaring old fireplace is alight, it's a cosy place to sit and chat. They don't serve food except on occasions when Burslem is celebrating or promoting an event. The staff are experienced and on hand to help if need be. Don't miss out on one of Burslem's little gems. Enjoy.

Went to this pub before the football yesterday (Northampton fan). Met a lovely couple who supported Port Vale and had a good chat with them. Lots and lots of ales, ciders and wines on offer. Staff were quick at serving and were very friendly even though it was super busy. There was a bbq in the garden serving oatcakes etc but unfortunately I couldn’t try one as they only accepted cash and I didn’t have any on me. Nipped in again for a pint after the match and got chatting to another couple of locals. A very friendly place! Thank you
