Visited here today whilst on holiday in the area and couldn’t fault it. Excellent food and value for money with very friendly staff.

Our social club trip was to Teignmouth. We visited this club on a Saturday night and received a warm welcome from its members. It’s very friendly, and so clean!! Hope to return one day

We came for a breakfast after looking at reviews, we usually go to a well known cafe on Shaldon side but thought we would switch it up. Staff were friendly and nice coffee. However the small breakfast was VERY SMALL for £12 was about enough food for my toddler. I understand one of each which is what we ordered but a teaspoon of beans and 3 tiny button mushrooms? Could be a little more generous. No pepper on tables only salt? And everything was very oily. Better value for money elsewhere:

Have been visiting Teignmouth for over 40 years, living in East Devon. Never before been to Relish. So glad we did today. The ladies who were working this place were so friendly and helpful. Husband chose cheese and ham toastie. I scanned the menu. I hate when people are fussy for the sake of fussiness but having recently been diagnosed with gallstones and told to keep to a No Fat Diet I have no choice but to join them. Chose a ham salad sandwich, no mayo, no butter which can be pretty dull. However, with lovely chunky bread, fresh salad and some mustard to add, was delicious. It may have taken us 40 years to find Relish but it won't be too long before we are back. The various burgers they do definitely whetted my appetite for after my gallbladder surgery. Thank you ladies.

Hidden gem! Visited on 1st January for a family walk with the dogs. Even though the weather wasn’t great they was open to serve up warm food and drinks for us to tuck into. Ordered 6 meals in total service was great and food was even better! All our family said how amazing quality and taste the food was and that they would love to go back again. Car park right behind the shack which is ideal for anyone to pick up and go or as we did sit in the car and watch over at the beach also a lovely walking area if you do have a a dog . Portions are are great too Highly recommend

Went to get some food but couldn’t pay because they only accept cash. This is fine, although annoying, I can take my custom elsewhere. However when the staff openly put you down in front of other customers saying “what is this world coming to” I was pretty upset. You do you bocadillo but don’t openly judge and put down customers for living in the modern world.

My favourite fish & chippy shop in Teignmouth, & I've tried them all. Not overly oily, a nice light batter, good flavours & wonderfully fresh. The queues, on most occasions, attest to the appreciation of the quality of food on offer. I'm addicted to the Rock fish, which is not found everywhere. A deeper flavour than cod & a much "meatier" fillet, with a bit of added cost, which I happily pay for the pleasure. The staff are always engaging & helpful, even under pressure.

This was an absolute cracking roast at an affordable price tag, compared to many other places. 10/10 for presentation, it came out looking amazing. The veg was great and the homemade yorkies were soft and chewy and just delicious. The cauli/broccoli cheese with breadcrumbs and mash (I think) was to die for. Finished with a banging gravy and served with a nice pint of ale. I was so impressed. Hats off to the two ladies in the kitchen cause you can tell you've put time and effort into everything on the plate. Excellent service also from the lady who served us. East Street Pub Co seem to be doing an excellent job in there. I could have eaten a whole plate of the roast parsnips! And one of the make or breaks of a roast...the potatoes. They were perfect. I don't think you'd get a better roast dinner for £13.95 locally. Look forward to coming back again!
